Amazing people!! Fixed my wall and installed my stained glass window and windows. New roof and tile floor. They drywalled and painted the living room, sanded and urethaned the floor!! New cupboards and countertop! I feel safe again!Great job!!! They know their stuff!! When they say they’re coming get ready!!!♥️ Thanks !!

Do not hesitate to sign this company for your rehabilitation needs!!! 10/10 absolute stand up members from the laborers to the owner. All my questions were answered. They saved me from endless frustration after a large property I owned had a fire. Outstanding communication and craftsmanship. I can not say enough, dont even consider another company these people turned a soot and ash to Gold.

PFR was great to work with. We own a duplex and had a fire on tenant side which was a total loss. We had to move due to smoke damage. PFR did the cleaning on our side of the house and got us back in very quickly. I hired them to do the rebuild as I was so impressed by them thus far. They actually took care of everything for me, from the rebuild to dealing with the insurance company and my mortgage company. I had them do some work on my side of the house since they were already there. They did a wonderful job to say the least. Everyone I dealt with, from Shane and Bobby (my PM) to all the guys working and cleaning and building, etc, was really nice and super friendly. They went above and beyond for us, and I so appreciate them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you PFR!

PFR was instrumental through the entire restoration of my fire-damaged investment property. At each stage of the project, the management and staff have been very professional and responsive to all my needs. They successfully drove the project to completion and were able to meet all the deadlines and the budget set by the insurance company. PFR was wonderful to work with at each stage of the restoration process. We had significant water damage to our home following the January storms. PFR was able to come out the next day and begin work. They did an amazing job putting the place back together, stopping the water from infiltrating and drying out our house. The crew they sent over was really knowledgeable about what needed to happen to restore the property, what could be salvaged, and how to mitigate the losses. They were super easy to work with and finished the job ahead of schedule.
I would recommend and use them again for any disaster restoration.

My house was recently involved in a fire situation. The runoff and TOXIC SOOT was left in my yard. When I inquired about clean up I was blown off.and told to do it myself and that we had no claim. Guess what? My insurance said to file a claim. I will NOT be using them, ever.

Wolf in sheep's clothing.They come in when you are at your lowest and most venerable and paint a picture of a caring and knowledgeable staff. Very poor planning, uncontentious and when you express that your are not satisfied, they will cut their losses and leave your home in shambles. There are other companies out there, please reconsider before calling PFR.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Showed up at my home after a fire; so while fire Marshall was telling me I needed someone to board it up, they were there. Initially, I was happy with their service. One month later as we are trying to get the house ready for rebuilding, the boards put on the roof were not sealed (just nailed in) and have become warped. Water is now entering the home from an inch gap between these boards. Since they charged for the initial board up, I thought they would guarantee their work, but no. I called and the project manager, Derek, laughed at me, said no that they are not going back out there, and to call someone else to do it. So buyer beware- you’ll pay thousands for a one day job with no warranty.Services: Roofing
