Today was my first time coming here to get blood work done. I personally have always had a fear of needles so it's not an easy feat for me to get blood drawn. I unfortunately didn't catch the phlebotomists name, but she was absolutely fantastic!! Very pleasant, calm, sweet, and I barely noticed she drew my blood!! And no bruising! A++ in my book, I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need blood work done :)

Same insurance, same time, same place I got charged 70 dollars yet my wife got charged nothing! How can this be? Please explain. I was there for A1C, wife was there for 7 vials of blood and at least 15 items she was being checked for. I see where they took the money but not yet returned. Nurse was not the most hospital person but yet excellent at the needle part we did not feel a thing and got it on the first shot. Excellent on that part

Signage for the lab is poor. It's on the far right side of the building in the basement. Once you find it, the staff are amazing! I really like this lab!

Most unpleasant phlebotomist I have met in Rhode Island. Not even once said please! Sit, hold, date of birth! She was ordering, not asking. Never again will use this lab, besides the office needs renovation it looks like from the XIX Century

They have a self check in kiosk my 78 year old mother could not make heads or tails of it the employees saw her struggling with it but offered no help will never be back enjoy your tech toy

Staff was very nice and quick. I waited maybe 2 minutes but I did have an appointment. Fast and easy. I really hate having my blood drawn so this experience was great!

The phlebotomist was very inexperienced, to the point where I felt extremely uncomfortable and would avoid going to this location again. She inserted the needle in a very strange and timid way, given that I have a large vein that I've never had trouble with before. In the middle of the blood draw, she left with the sample to ask someone if it was enough blood; again, something that I've never had happened before and is potentially dangerous had I fainted (which has happened to me before). She needed more supervision and I'm disturbed that she was allowed to take blood when she was clearly so inexperienced. She also asked me to place my finger on the needle (with a cotton pad between needle and finger) as she removed the needle; again, something that I've never been asked before (to feel the needle being removed from my skin). Lastly, she also did a butcher job on my partner's arm who was also there to get blood drawn. He still has bad bruising almost two weeks later. She was very nice and communicative, which I appreciated, and I do not blame her - everyone has to start somewhere. But she absolutely needed more training and/or a supervisor overseeing her work so this is a major fail when it comes to the management of this location.

I prefer the Randall square location. I wait longing for it reopen. The staff are pretty rude and condescending. All quest location seem to have put all of the work on the patients to fill out your information beforehand. I realize this the bare Bones operation but not very good service especially when you're dealing with elderly patients who needs recent lab testing. It would be my hope that that something that quest as a company.
