Amazing customer service!! I called on a Saturday to see about expediting an order. On Monday Elira called me back and assured me if I placed the order I would receive in only a few days. Wednesday night it arrived and was perfect!

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order late on Tuesday and I needed the order expedited and their website clearly stated that it takes 10 days for processing and shipping. The young lady I spoke with over the phone was so helpful and managed to get my order proceed and shipped the following day. Thank you

Hands down one of the most elegant, well done personalized journals I have ever purchased as a gift. I will not be going anywhere else for my personalized presents in the future.
