About Rhode Island Tutorial & Educational Services
“We teach the way students learn.” Rhode Island Tutorial & Educational Services (RITES) is a consortium of educators dedicated to improving the academic outcome for students of all ages. We do this through a diverse range of services for students with a specialized focus on literacy.
I had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant in the PowerUp Writing & Math classroom during the summer program, and it was an amazing experience! Everyone on staff was a pleasure to work with, and it was wonderful to see how much the kids could progress in just a few short weeks.

Such an organized and caring place. I had the pleasure of working for RITES during their summer program and everyone was extremely productive and RITES created an efficient yet fun learning enviorment for those who are there.

RITES is amazing. They provided one on one tutoring to our son. Not only did they provide an amazing tutor, but took the time to match one to his personality. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to them and all the hard work they do. My son has made amazing progress and enjoys seeing his tutor.
