New management is not professional in the slightest. For employees and for customers, there’s issues often. Inattentive and should seek new management. I don’t know why they keep hiring straight men who don’t have any knowledge or degree in cosmetology.

Awful!!! I had the worst experience ever with a male employee named Jackson ( I hope I got it right) . I was asking for assistance with a haircolor and he told me he is not a beautician… and that I needed to go to a salon ! The nerve !

The lovely young lady Nicole was extremely helpful and clearly has a good handle on her store. She knew exactly where everything I needed was and was very knowledgeable about all of the products I needed. As an experience hairdresser it's very refreshing to see such a passionate young individual so driven towards helping people with their hair! This girl definitely needs a raise, she does phenomenal work and clearly knows what she's talking about!

Went in there yesterday to buy some hair color.. I walked in and the two associates were talking horrible about customers ? like its fine if you do it when people aren't there.. but stop when you have customers.. I needed help finding something so I called one of them over she was very nice and helpful

Previously they had friendlier staff, the unfriendly person who got paid on Sunday, February 6, I told him to do me the favor of changing my address, he didn't want to do it, they should give him customer service guidance.

I was very impressed with this location! I went last Wed 2/23 around 6pm and the two employees were kind enough to ask if I needed any assistance, which I very much so did as I was attempting to bleach my hair on my own for the first time. They were happy to help me pick the right products for what I was doing and shared their own experiences. They were both pleasant and helpful. Without them I'm certain I would have wrecked my hair. I'm super appreciate of their willingness to go out of their way to help me and would recommend this location to others ?

Embarrassed to even put this review up..just walked out of this Sally's store after being ignored when asking about nail products..walked in cashiers all 3 talking didn't acknowledge my arrival thru the door, then came an attention from the back asked if she could assist I said yes..20 secs later she walks away without further help. I stood there in the aisle indecisive whether to buy the product...I waited n waited while all cashiers had a whole conversation ?sorry I walked out very disappointed customer service sucks. With this being said my $78.00 spent elsewhere.
