I have had a unit in this building for the last 7 years and it's always been clean , secure and accessible. The staff at the office are friendly and helpful. They have the lowest prices. There prices are continual throughout the year they don't constantly change fron month to month. I have looked into others around the area and they don't compare to what I found here. If you are looking for a unit weather it be long or short term i recommend Storage America.

Every time I get a storage unit from these guys its so easy, so affordable and have good prices. Lowest rates guaranteed. Rhonda helped me out today she was very nice and very attentive. I would 100% recommend this storage unit to anybody from RI or around central falls area

Rats in the units and in the office. They promised I wouldn't be charged August (cleared out on July 30) charged my card and wouldn't refund

Storage America is by far the absolute best!!!! The pricing, the cleanliness of the units and most importantly the staff are courteous, helpful, and just AMAZING to work with! I would definitely recommend them!!!!

No one is ever there to answer questions and restroom is always locked even though it says it's opened during business hours.
