I have had T-Mobile forever and I have always hated getting a new phone. I hate smartphones. Juan at this T-Mobile gave me the best upgrade experience I have ever had in over 20 years. He was friendly and considerate and so helpful. Listen T-Mobile you should recognize and do what you can for people like Juan who are your brand when I walk into your store.

I went in for a new phone upgrade, I Usually go to another tmobile but had to go here. Let's just say I won't go anywhere else now for help. I was greeted by the employee Juan and felt very comfortable. He spoke English and Spanish and I was with my father whom manly specks Spanish as he was thinking of getting an upgrade as well. Juan help us with the best options going forward and made ot the easiest experience I ever had at any tmobile. Highly recommend going when Juan is there, best worker tmobile probably ever hired.

Beautiful up to date stores and friendly staff. I have fantastic service but I certainly pay good $ for my monthly unlimited bill which I would like to see changed. Especially if it discounts your monthly bill by a percentage for every year one has been a LOYAL customer.

Rude and unhelpful, employees don't seem to know what they are doing and always tell you to do everything over the phone at home.I know we are dealing with covid but why even be open at this point...10/1 Tried to give them another chance but they where not patient with my 72 year old mom, they seemed frustrated wicked rude, i know she's older but this still is no way to treat paying customers. Needless to say I'll be purchasing online only.

This is a store experience review. We have many stores around us. This is the only store that has helped us every single time, with issues or new phones, connections etc. And it's not a one hit wonder, as throughout a year or so we've been here and everytime they are on par. We had issues with phone and phone warranty, other stores are quick to want us to use insurance, when it's not a insurance issue, it's a manufacturer issue. These guys get it and spend the time to do their job. Unlike other stores where people don't seem to want to work. This time our experience had been with Jaun, he is awesome! But at the same time every rep in their is awesome! And willing and able to help. Just want to say thanks, I hope you guys see this. It means alot to us. And good employees are harder than ever to fund. This store has them! Thanks again and thank you Jaun. We so much appreciated a good experience!!

No customer service whatsoever. I went in and there were 2 employees helping customers. No smile or nod of recognition. After 5 minutes of being ignored I left and went to Seekonk store where I was helped immediately upon arrival.

Plan comes with Netflix but they never send it to you. After a week they say they can’t help you over the phone and I need to call customer service and wait 45 minutes what a joke. First bill comes in 10 days early just another scam company I’m going back to atnt
