Eye sore to the community does not take care of their property. Their fence is falling down and completely lined with leaves and trash. This is not a reflection of the workers ie. Tellers and lower management just bad management in the higher ups as we have complained to them for years about it. Should be noted the agreement for the bank to be allowed to build there, was that they would keep the property including both sides of the privacy fence bordering the residential street clean, which it has not been taken care of without residents of the side street badgering the landscapers or doing it ourselves.

A new trainee young gentleman took care of me, his first time doing the temporary cheques, friendly smiled a little nervous he didn't want to make any mistake, he did a perfectly good job, i appreciated his help & I wished him a great future.

Rather than tell me what I owed them they had me sit there for 30mins "trying to set up my account" before giving me a phone for somebody who started it with "this is an attempt to collect". I was there with a full check trying to open an account. All the person who was chatting up her co workers had to do was tell me what I owed. Not waste my time.

I went in to get my acct # for my new acct and I wasn't told my savings account would be closed as of that day for no activity I found out the next day when I got on the app to transfer money.. Terrible service and no communication
