Gail and her crew of volunteers are always delightful and keep the crowd engaged. The activities are well organized and all inclusive. The Empowerment Factory is aptly named because I always leave there feeling encouraged, inspired and motivated. I’ve been attending Art in the Park for several weeks. Between myself and my four kids (who range from six to nineteen years old), I don’t know who enjoys the festivities more. ?

Our two kids, I’ve had the best time this summer coming to the art in the park event. We love the encouragement, empowerment, and recognition for everybody’s originality and special mass. This has been such a great experience and we can’t wait each week to participate again! Thank you so much for providing this opportunity!

***** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that high school students do there service requirements here!*****I am in high school and as a senior it’s required that I complete 60 hours of community service. The Empowerment Factory made this goal easy because of their flexibility. There were always hours available that fit perfectly with my schedule. Beyond that the working environment is extremely welcoming with complementary snacks and drinks.

What a great team, and such an important mission to equip children in Rhode Island's urban and high-poverty cities. In these cities that receive less educational funding than wealthier districts, The Empowerment Factory is a bright light, creating outcomes that impact and uplift children's lives through their programs.

The Empowerment Factory does amazing work with Rhode Island's at-risk students. My daughter took a virtual Nature Drawing class via a RI Dept of Ed program. It was amazing, not just the drawings, but the engagement between the other students and the teachers. It was 100% a positive experience.I highly recommend families explore getting their students involved. And if you are looking for a nonprofit that helps kids be kind, creative, and positive, consider donating what you can. This small, lean organization is based in Pawtucket and primarily serves students in the state's urban core areas. Do what you can to be a positive force in kids' lives to build a better Rhode Island.

The Empowerment Factory is a great community that does their very best to defy all odds in order to support the children of Rhode Island. This is a non-profit company that simply does whatever they can to provide resources of education and art to children simply out of kindness. I appreciate all they do, and anyone who wants to help can join through volunteering and donations.

My four-year-old and I attended their Peace Cranes Event and thoroughly enjoyed the activities. He did not want to leave! I cannot wait to attend more events and programs!

Great organization delivering programs to children that are so in need of opportunities to be creative, learn, have fun, and gain confidence. So impressed with how they have pivoted programming to deal with Covid Restrictions. Art in the Park is the best!
