Today I saw my train approach early so in panic i parked in a dirt unfinished lot with not many visible signs saying tenet only. Mistake on my end sure but it was an unfinished dirt area. I got a boot and had to pay 200 dollars. Steep i want to add but aurora if you are reading this. You were incredibly rude and cold and should maybe take a lesson in common human decency . I too was once a property manager and i doubt you have stake in the company so take a breath and really evaluate how you handle people. Long story short for the sake of our residents maybe making clearer signs and fixing up that dump you call a lot would up the value a bunch. Happy holidays

We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines. The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.

Don't bother. Save your application fee & go somewhere else. Walls are extra thin with no insulation you can hear EVERYTHING. Hideous concrete floor with cheap paint painted on it. Bricks are not sealed so expect your apartment to be full of dust coming off the bricks. Expect a $50 fee if you get accidentally locked out just so maintenance to open your door. I returned my keys on the 4th day of the month they subtracted 4 DAYS from my deposit because it wasnt exactly on the first of the month with no notices & I had to fight to get my deposit back a month AFTER I returned my keys.

Similar to other reviewers here, I’ve found management to be questionable. They cancelled my tour because they claim I had a negative landlord reference. My background check came back great, so I don’t know what information they claim to have gathered from past landlords (other than my current landlord being unresponsive, like they are with tenants). I texted and called for more information about this (I have never had a problem with previous landlords), but like others here, I’ve found them unresponsive. Is it possible that they are just collecting $55 application fees as a scam? Seems feasible.

I moved here for the architectural beauty, but after living here for a year I would not make the same choice. When I first moved in, there was an anonymous letter in my mailbox listing tenant resources and tenants rights group in the state of rhode island. It was provided by another renter in the building who felt some sort of obligation to help new tenants. This is a huge red flag. The biggest problem with this complex is contaminated water. The water is dirty and frequently unsafe to drink. When I called the management company they referred me to the district water board, who informed me that the problem was with the building itself and therefore the landlords responsibility. I sent at least ten emails, texts, and calls to Mayfair Management about the water problem, and was ignored almost every time. I have included in this review just one picture of the many that I sent to the management company. In my year lease, this situation was never resolved. There is a clause in the lease that you will need to sign that essentially waives your rights. It allows the landlord to make changes to the lease without any sort of signed addendum from you, with a two week notice period. This is somewhat standard, but be aware that they have and will make use of this clause. This was not actually something that bothered me that much, but I would imagine it might bother others: there is no official dog relief area. Dog urine is ALL over the walkways and at the entrances to the buildings. It smells distinctly and the surfaces are clearly covered in urine stains. There are a lot of smokers in the complex, and unfortunately many people smoke right by the doors & windows. My apartment would often smell of cigarette smoke. The complex is either ineptly managed or managed without consideration for the real people living there.

I can't complain. The walls are extremely thin...lol like your pretty much living with your neighbor...put it this way, I can hear whoever my neighbor has on speaker phone word for word (and no I am not trying to listen lol)..it is kind of creepy when you figure out that both your beds head boards are on opposite sides of the wall from one another..other then not being able to have any privacy when speaking on the phone or when talking to myself ?? its all good...

I’ve lived at the lofts for 8 years, so I’ve been through lots of changes here. I lived in 12 apartments prior to this, never have I stayed in one place this long. Rarely will you find all 5 star reviews from any apartment and this is no different. It definitely has it’s pros and cons, you can’t beat the price and cost of high efficiency utilities anywhere else is RI but in turn there are no amenities here. There is a new commuter rail being built right in the backyard which is a bonus for anyone commuting! For the most part people are very friendly here and noise is minimal. I have had no issues with management and they are typically reasonable with their responses and response times, plus I have only had great experiences with maintenance. If you’re looking for a 5 star resort for an apartment the only place you’ll find that is maybe downtown Prov for outrageous prices, otherwise I would recommend taking a look at the Lofts 125 apartments!

I don't even know where to begin with the amount of disgust I have had living here. We will start with the black mold though. I informed my landlord I had black mold upstairs on the ceiling through text a numerous amount of times, in which she ignored every single text. I have called her numerous times, she ignored those phone calls as well. I have asthma, black mold is deadly for me! Not to mention disgusting. I have a dog as well who I don't want inhaling that. I had to go downstairs and knock on the management office to tell her face to face to get her to actually do something. Maintenance came the next day, cut the black mold out of the ceiling and informed me they would be back the next day when it's try to patch up the hole, and of course they never came back. Then literally in that same week I was in the kitchen and seen a mouse run out from under my fridge. I then freaked out and called the landlord and texted her no response. I ended up setting traps up myself and caught the mouse, thought that was the end of it but that was just the start. I set up numerous traps in my house and caught about 7,8 mice. I finally went downstairs again to knock on management door to ask if she changed her number since she doesn't respond to my texts or calls she says no "i didn't receive a text from you" then i show her the receipts and she says "I'm sorry i must've been busy and forgot to respond" the next day sends maintenance, and all they do is set traps (which i already did) and while they were there i asked them to patch the hole in my ceiling upstairs they told me "i can't you have to make an appointment for that" which i was never told when they originally cut the hole in my ceiling, they told me that day they would be right back. Anyways, i kept finding mice so i kept texting her about this problem and demanded an exterminator, she kept telling me they're coming they're coming but when i asked when she couldn't give me an answer because she did not call. The craziest part about all of this was she had the audacity to text me after all of this saying "it came to my attention your dog is not in the lease it's $50 extra a month" mind you , i have been there for a year, and when i moved in I showed her the paper work of him being a service dog. That is not my fault if you did not take copy's of it, but the audacity to ask me for extra money for "pet rent" when I have found 8 mice in my loft, is she going to pay rent for those pets? I have never missed a payment I have never been late, i am not loud, I'm very clean and the way she treats people esp ad the building manager is horrible. Ever since then she has been very petty with me, I came home to run in for 5 seconds to pick my dog up she was yelling at my for parking in front mind you SHE does it and so does everyone else in these lofts and she doesn't say anything to them. As if this is my fault these lofts are infested with mice. They even increased my rent 100$ after all of this. Furthermore an exterminator eventually came 8 mice later, set up traps and it seemed to be quiet for a little while but today I found a mouse again. I texted the landlord no response. I'm honestly just fed up and I have been looking for a new place but it is hard finding one at a decent price everything is so expensive which is the only reason I am here. 0 out of 10 stars do not recommend. You have a better chance getting in touch with the IRS during tax season that Aurora (the building manager).

I’ve been living at lofts 125 for 3 months now, and so far this is the best renting experience I’ve had in all my years of renting. Katy, the property manager, made the application process very smooth. Since moving in, I had an issue with my dishwasher and one of the lights and both times maintenance responded right away and the issues were resolved. My apartment is beautiful and relatively inexpensive compared to what’s out there right now. My ONLY complaint would be that the hallways will sometimes smell like dog pee, but that is to be expected in a dog friendly building, and maintenance regularly cleans the halls. 5/5!!

Aurora is a joke!! If anyone pays for $55.00 for their background check....SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!These few apartments that they are showing the 2 bed 2 bath/3 floors for 1750.00 and the one 1900.00 1bed 2baths. Have been available for 3 months! All that square footage for that price... unbeatable!!!! I applied making wayyy more then enough money, never been evicted and my credit was 699. They asked me to email the front of my license, then they rushed to tell me I was not approved with more contact then that!! They pulled a scam on the wrong one FAIR HOUSING ACT... YOU MUST GIVE A REASON!!! Katie and Aurora shame on you!!! See you both soon.

Been living here for about a year now, there's been some pros and cons. It's a very laid back environment which can be good but also bad. People park anywhere they want, fire lanes, handicapped spots, to the point where you can't even drive down the parking lot sometimes because people can do whatever they want. I've been trying to get in contact with management for about 3 months regarding renewing my lease and I cannot get a response. They haven't answered a single email I've sent since living here, my lease is up in about 2 weeks and she hasn't answered one thing! The laundry room has broken machines and has been flooded for about a month. Other than that the prices are really good for our apartment, i don't recommended picking one on the main road though !! Loft is beautiful i just wish management was better

Rented here in 2019-2020. Office help is disorganized and barely responsive. Walls are paper thin. Parking is super limited after 5pm there's no spots. Floors are lopsided (bad for your furniture and your body). Loud street noises. I rented at 900 and 1000$. Now they have inflated there prices to 1250 for studio and 1450 for one bed. Do not waste your money here! If you rent here ask what they are doing to prevent future nice infestations.

I lived their for 8 years. Everything was a hassle. Neighbors let their dogs pee and p*** in the halls and at the doors. Jenny Bogan lies about why she can't fix anything. Just do a google search - especially about all the "fires" started by arson.

Aurora, it’s not nice to take peoples money for a check that your not doing. No credit history is pulled and a background check are never done, your scam of just collecting application fee after application fee will soon come to its end.
