“I love BK, the owners are always so kind & helpful... But, I wish there was a way to give 1/2 a star... I would love to give BK a ★★★★★/5 ★ rating, the only reason I didn't is because they don't allow their customers to use EBT cards anymore. I live across the street, so, I'm there, almost daily, and they've had the exact same "NO EBT - SYSTEM DOWN" "notice" on their doors now, for at least 7-8 months now... Prior to that, you could always use your EBT card to purchase food/grocery items there... So, I'm not sure if they just don't want people using it because it makes them lose out on making more of a profit, or, the machine really is broken, and they're just not concerned enough, to bother fixing it, or whatever, but, it's super inconvenient for the majority of people in that neighborhood who are low income, and have no transportation... Because its one of the only places people living right around there, go to buy food and groceries when they're running low, and unless they've got extra cash to throw around, they'll have to go without, because their EBT card is the only means they have, to avoid starvation.”

“I think that guy tthat works the night shift on Saturday is fantastic and gives the best customer service I ever received in my whole life, I think I ran into Maria before she creeped me out super rude and disrespectful I even heard her arguing one time with the guy that works Saturdays second-shift saying your mother should have swallowed you, if anyone needs to open her eyes is Maria so sad so so sad...”
