What a joke. Have two long lines and continue to switch drop offs to pick ups. Extremely rude. Witnessed post office counter woman yelling at a elderly woman

The fact that these people don’t know how to push a doorbell has me so frustrated. I had two checks come on two different occasions, was literally home ALL day, and missed the package. Yet I get a sticker stating I missed my package? Ring. The. Doorbell. That’s why it’s there. I surely don’t have it there for decoration.

I purchased a PO box for over $100. I went in several times and spent hours each time to get my keys. Finally, after about the 4th time going in there a supervisor was able to give me my keys. I open my PO box and it's EMPTY even though the "informed delivery" online stated I had mail sitting in there spanning 2 weeks. I go back again wait in line 45 minutes and spoke to the supervisor again who said it wasn't his job to do such a thing and that the person that usually does it wasn't there which is the same excuse I got the several times I went in there. I purchased the PO box for "mail security" instead my mail is lost, I'm out $100 and got the coldest service I could imagine. Do not do any business with this post office or you will absolutely regret it.

Rudest service. Women at counter is the worst person I have ever encountered.sge was snide walked over to coworker to talk rudely about Me. I've never had this women the rest are great. She needs to be fired ASAP lacks any social skills whatsoever. I showed her the usps website showing my package she goes "she sayyyys she on our website" eye roll eye roll .Horrible. Refused to let me speak to a manager.

This is the worst business of any kind I’ve ever dealt with. I do everything I can, calling multiple times the day before, the day of, the day after. I call constantly and somehow they find away to avoid me, not deliver the package and return it to the sender. I even went to the PO right away when I got the message to pick it up at the location . Impossible

The customer service is top notch, the associates are all very nice. But the way the mail system is set up and runs to begin with amazes me they get any packages delivered at all.

If it's possible to give this zero stars I absolutely would. Not sure if the post office abandoned ship and shut down the whole week for one snow day, but not receiving mail delivery for four straight days is highly unusual. A regular business-hours delivery to my work, a no-show for four straight days. One day I could understand but riding around nearby streets, no mail trucks in sight morning and afternoon. Oh, Pawtucket post office, have you taken away the wheels from your delivery people and forced them on foot?

This is the third time I’ve gotten a notice about a package not being delivered because there is no recipient to receive the package. Meanwhile, I never heard a ring at the doorbell or a knock at my door. As a result I have to try to find a way to get my package from the Pawtucket building when I work 8-5.

This is a very old building. While it does have a handicap ramp for wheelchair users the doors are not automatic. I stopped to assist an elderly woman who was having difficulty holding the door open so she could exit while using a walker. It's usually busy enough that your chances of getting help from other patrons are good but it would be nice to have better accommodation for disabled folks.

Every once in a while I will come to this post office because its closest to where I reside. I'm quickly reminded why I dont come here. It takes them about 10-15 min per customer. Its painful to watch. I was third in line and waited 24 min to get waited on. We're not splitting atoms here folks...good lord. I'll spend the extra time driving to the Downtown to office. Never anyone in line and the reps that have Trainee on their name tag get uou out of the post in a quarter of the time...
