This place never answers their phone and for about a year and a half now the postal Worker put everyone’s mail in the same mailbox and I have to show it when I get my mail at my house

Juan told me my box was wrong for ground label then was about to take it when I questioned him then said “I don’t know maybe they send it back maybe they don’t” so I asked him again and he rippped my label off.

I really hate this location I mailed out an important piece of mail to take a very important testing to get a special license for real estate in order to help my income go up so I can put food on the table for my family. I paid for this course and books and took a 3 week course in order to take this test right after. I mailed in these important documents a month in advance at this location and it got to the other location a month exactly on the deadline day for my testing. And because of the late arrival I couldn’t take my final exam and not only did I lose money because of this late arrival I have to retake the course and the course books and material has changed and currently have to save up money in order to take this course in the future and have to learn new material in order to get this license now I’m highly upset with this location because these important documents were only traveling from Rhode Island To Maryland not far at all and I think folks need to be fired at this location and I’ll never ever I mean ever step foot in this location I lost a lot of money and time i truly hate this location with a passion don’t mail anything here I’m upset!

Sincerely upset with this location. Have been shipping with the post office for quite some time now and won't be returning to this location. Went to drop off a package and they charged me nearly triple what I was supposed to pay for shipping. I always weigh packages prior to dropping off because I print labels at home and when I looked at the receipt after I left, they weighed my package in at nearly TRIPLE the weight that it actually is. Unfortunately no one of importance ever reads these or does anything about consumer concerns, so CONSUMERS BEWARE of the theft that goes at this location.
