I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences at this Walgreens, particularly with Ryan. He seems to avoid helping customers by hiding out in the office. Even more concerning, he has been noticeably rude and dismissive toward some of the female staff often referring to one them as “princess” in a sarcastic and derogatory tone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s management.

First off treat people with kindness and respect, the pharmacy staff in my opinion do their best given the situations and customer abuse they receive repeatedly. Treat them with kindness and respect, you might get it in return. That said corporate has a lot to do to improve customer satisfaction, but it is not the fault of the staff. 5 stars is for the staff 3 stars for corporate.

Gives you two completely different answers about whether or not your prescription is ready. Pharmacy is insanely slow, think I waited close to a half hour. Also somehow didn't understand that my doctor had sent my prescription over because no other pharmacies had it in stock. Only positive thing I can say is that you can talk to an actual person on the phone instead of getting stuck in a robo call loop.

Anthony Bryan and Ryan do not help they stay I'm the back of wat ever part of the store and leave the girls by thereselves and do nothing at all u never see them at all and nothing is ever done after speaking with management

On hold for 20 mins. They continue pick up then on hold again they picked up AGAIN and then HUNG up on me. Poor service. I think I'll go somewhere else for my prescriptions. I'm not going to spend my money on a place that CAN NOT ANSWER PHONE OR WANT TO ASSIST YOU.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited on hold three separate times just to be disconnected each time. Each time I called, I was told it would “be a few minutes”. I am a home care nurse and I deal with pharmacies daily. This is truly the most atrocious and THE MOST unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I even tried calling the other departments just to get through to someone and again, put on hold. You can’t tell me you are THAT busy where calls go unanswered daily. Absolutely horrible. Would never recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Sad to see how far customer service has slid down the toilet. If you need a manager, they will not pick up. You'll need to call repeatedly. Call the pharmacy, and you will be lucky to get an actual person to pick up the phone. The front desk will hang up on you. The employees seem to think having a larger attitude is more important than customer service and problem resolution. Oops, it looks like you guys won after all. I always try to resolve an issue before I write my reviews.
I had 5 prescriptions called in. They only had one of them in stock. I had to wait 4 days for the prescriptions to come in. I wanted them delivered. I called the pharmacy to have them set up, and they answered and put me on hold. I waited minutes.. call again on hold 5 minutes pass
I decided to set up delivery on their application, but it makes order each prescription one at a time. Requests a tip for every single one.
I call the pharmacy back again to figure out if they will all be delivered by the same person, but I can't get a hold of anybody. Now, I have 5 prescriptions being delivered by several different people, and I only tipped one time thinking they would come together.
I called 1800 Walgreens. Wait ten minutes. Then get put on hold.. 10 minutes later, I hung up
Congratulations, Walgreens, for losing thousands upon thousands in prescription money monthly!
BTW Dennis, if you have 0 customer service skills and have 0 ability to deal with a person that YOUR staff angered, you sir are in the wrong job.

The Pharmacy Manager was able to talk to me and help me out to some degree, but most of the damage had already been done. Hey Walgreens, put Melissa in charge of the store. She seems to actually care.
