Their pharmacy is staffed by some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No customer service skills whatsoever. If I were Walgreens I’d fire the lot of them and start fresh with some folks who have some idea of how to talk to other humans.

Promo wasent applied buy one get one 50 percent off, like the sign said. The cashier was unfriendly.

Reordered my scripts with the automated system, they put me through to the pharmacy and had the worst experience I have ever had there. The young lady on the phone was so rude. I have never posted a bad review anywhere until now. Working with the public is difficult I know I've been doing it for years but I have never hung up on any one. If you don't want to deal with the public tray a different career..

The staff are great but the person giving me my vaccine gave it at the wrong spot! It’s supposed to be given in the deltoid or upper arm but she gave it to the back of the arm which is a sensitive area. My PCP was very surprised she gave it here. I’d schedule my vaccinations elsewhere if that’s why you’re going here

Technicians AND managers are so rude. Can’t even call in prescriptions for my patients without them being impolite and getting necessary information. You’d be better off driving further to another pharmacy !

Claudia and her staff are so efficient with all of mine and my husband‘s prescriptions. They are always very friendly and personable and will go an extra mile if necessary. I look forward to going to pick up my prescriptions and sing all the smiles from the staff. I would never go anywhere else.

Every time I call the pharmacy I get put on hold immediately without notice. They pick up and then just press the button which is rude. They need to step up their customer service.
