However, the main attraction is truly the expert stylist. McKenzie has a level of skill that makes me drive from East Greenwich to Pawtucket eagerly, with no hesitation. She has delivered natural, beautiful hair color, that is somehow better than I imagined, every visit. The exactly tone, color and warmth elevate my hair, to a way I have not seen before. McKenzie is able to cut my thick hair and make it seem effortless. She gives me an easy to maintain style, that allows me to look my best whether I decide to straighten, curl, or wear my natural wavy look. The icing on the cake is the blow out and beach waves.

Again, I have yet to see anyone else in the state of RI with her expertise. She delivers amazing results every single time. I have been all over the state over the years, and can tell you no other salon can compete. I have also used other Sacarrah stylists in a pinch, when McKenzie was on maternity leave, and the results were always great. Top notch service, and truly the hidden gem 💎 of RI.

“I'm a regular customer at Rainbow, and today is my first time shopping at this location. The store is nice and clean, the clothes are very organized, but what topped everything off was the service. I never had such great retail service in my life. I was helped by Jerrica who went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and was so helpful and professional. If she is not a manager yet, I highly recommend her. I was also helped by a girl named Julia. She was helpful and such a hard worker. She did not stop once during the time I was shopping in the store, and I must've been in there for over an hour. If anyone is looking to visit a great Rainbow, this is the place. I recently found that they actually sell the jeans I wear (tiny waist, long, bootcut; impossible to find) for incredibly cheap. *Happy dance* JCPenney at some point stopped selling under size 4 in store. They can shove it. Go Madrag for supporting ALL body types”
