I understand it's hard to find help and I've held off on writing this but today was the second time I was treated like crap at the pharmacy drive through. I also understand they're overworked but don't take it out on the customer and get an attitude when the window is open 2 inches and the customer can't hear a word you're saying. But I should be thankful the drive through was open. Going inside is worse. If I can find what I want in stock, I'm lucky. There's boxes everywhere. And I always use self check out since the one time I went to a person and they were just as rude as the pharmacy tech. Can't stop going since I need prescriptions but might be time to replace the staff here

I sent my husband to cvs to purchase me NyQuil tablets. I took them and was so much sicker than I had been it was frightening. I went to take a second dose around 2am and noticed the pack was expired... 4/2019! He took them back and they didn't even apologize. We're supposed to believe they care about our health? I don't think so.

I used to love this pharmacy. Right by my home, people great. Now I wait on hphine 30 minutes and still no one answered. I have kidney failure and am out of my meds. Been trying to fix renewal because my doctor upped the dose and I need it now. I talked to store manager who said, "it is what it is sorry". Called a 3rd time waited 30 minutes and gave up. I work for cvs but Walgreens looking really good right now. I can't afford to not reach my pharmacist.

I Come here often.I must say the woman pharmacist KIM is one of the most helpful person ever! It's rare to find someone so happy,patient and helpful consistently. I am a Very happy customer.
