I paid for an Rx on 1/26 and it still hasn't arrived as of 2/8. I've called their office twice with no answer and no call back. Disputing the charge and switching pharmacies.

This place is a joke. You can call all different hours of the day & no one picks up the phone.

I have never dealt with more lazy and incompetent pharmacy staff. It was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money. I will never return and have advised my vet to send my pet's meds elsewhere.
