received my Pneumococcal vaccine, completed my paperwork on line, received call just prior confirming which vaccine was being given. Waited just a few minutes, got my injection, excellent technique, and left with a smile on my face. excellent work by pharmacy staff, always friendly and professional.

I have been goin here since it was Rite Aid. I like everyone just fine. My only big problem with them is their hours. Not open on weekends.

Every single time I go in with an Uber delivery I asked the people in the front if they can check the back for me and they literally never do. They will lie and say this is all the stock when in reality they just don't wanna move

Dana Farber sent data for 4 prescriptions to be filled last week. Three were filled and I picked them up. Yesterday night I left a message to Rite Aid questioning when the 4th would be filled. Today (Tuesday) the pharmacy rep told me it was on hold and she did not know why. Apparently it would remain on hold with no action being taken on it. I went to the pharmacy today and they filled it while I was there. They again reported that they had no idea why it was on hold. This is the SECOND time. Last time Dana Farber wanted me to start 500mg of antibiotics immediately. That night prescription no filled. Next day I went in the morning and picked up what I thought was the antibiotic and it wasn't. I went back to the pharmacy and asked about the antibiotic. I was told the did not fill it because they were waiting to get 500 mg pills in. THEY DID HAVE 250 mg pills in stock the whole time. After discussion they did give me 250mg pills. My guess is that they want to maximize their profits over patient health

Whenever I go to this location of Rite Aid I feel like I'm in a store that is a thousand miles away from civilization. I've never been there when there are more than 2 customers in the store. It is always clean and organized and the workers always pleasant.

This is my least favorite Rite Aid in the area. I find it to be very small, and every time I have gone in here for something, they didn't have it.

The pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid is just amazing. I have six kids with an ever-changing array of meds. They do rush orders. They call the doctor when I'm missing something. They remind me of things. And they always do it with a smile and a kind question about my family. I often forget they're a chain because they act like they're a mom and pop store. I love the personal attention and excellent service.
