The new management under Ty is amazing. The rooms are nice and the location is great for classes. Thayer Street can be a little loud at night though.

My experience here has been great, the amenities are really nice with in-unit laundry, a gym, and really nice common/study areas. The units are large and it's location is super convenient for Brown students as it is in the middle of campus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
