Wish I could leave 0 stars. Super disrespectful staff. I order online orders through their app for my dad. When he gets there he gives them the code and they scream at him and try not to give the order because they don’t even understand how the app works. I just can’t believe they yelled at him today and told him to shut his mouth because he asked for the drink from his order. Definitely never ordering here again there behavior is beyond ridiculous

My teenager who happens to be a girl of color walked in there yesterday with two friends and a gentleman clerk stood at the door. When they were about to walk out he asked “did you take the gum?” and pointed to my daughter who is the darker of her two friends and my daughter said no & he moved out of the doorway and allowed them to leave.I understand they have instances of teenagers from there but to assume that a black girl is stealing solely based on the color of her skin is NOT OK! I didn’t raise my child to ever steal or have any need to steal! This is completely unacceptable and I am reporting this to the BBB!You plant your business in urban communities knowing you’re going to profit off of the same people you racially profile. If you assume all black/brown people steal and you’re concerned with profit loss then move your business to the suburban areas where your businesses would flop because they do not spend their money on your stores!

I went in and purchased or three packs of cigarettes and was charged $40.80. Only upon my arrival home did I realize that they overcharged me by at least $7. I returned to the store and told them as much. The manager yelled at me and told me to leave the store. He even threatened to call the police. That is really bad business especially considering that the people in this neighborhood pay their rent.

Super rude unhelpful lady I talked to recently. Most 7/11’s I’ve been to weren’t this bad. I’m sorry but if you hate your job that much you should look for another one.

Really imcompetent staff. I ordered a pizza using rewards which should be $5. Instead it was $7+. I told the clerk that it should be $5. He shrugged and said "No, it's $7+". I pointed to the display sign which said $5 and he said "I'm not sure, maybe that's for pepperoni". I pointed out it that the sign says 'cheese or pepperoni' and he said "Oh, well maybe that's if you buy 2". No. Not what the sign says. Real stalemate and he didn't seem to want to figure out the problem. I was about to walk out. Finally he pressed a button on his register to add my rewards and said "Ok, now it's $5".

Of all the 7-11s that I frequent on a quick run for something, this is the one with most challenges. It's located on Broad Street in South Providence and unfortunately, it is usually surrounded by homeless people and/or questionable beings..... Sharing facts, and not opinions, several crimes happen on a monthly basis in the surrounding areas, so at night, this is not a place to go or hang out. I usually stop by on my way to my volunteer work at the Free Clinic, which is only about a mile down the road. The parking lot is trashed with litter many times and you just have to be careful of your surroundings. They do have the basics like ice, snacks, drinks, coffee, lottery tickets, paper products, etc. I usually go in, grab a drink or a snack and I head out quickly, without making too much eye contact with people. But, it does serve an under privileged community.

Not a lot of selection. There are quite a few homeless folks hanging out there but they don’t bother me. Staff are friendly enough. It’s a standard 7-11… grab your food/drink and leave. It’s not necessarily unsafe.

I had to get a drink and some donuts, I banged my elbow on the door of the display case. The clerks asked if I was ok, which was nice. Then this guy told me he liked my shoes which was even nicer. Fast and quick, we sat in the car eating our lunch. It started to get busy at that point, then I realized it was a gas station as well.

For some God forsaken reason they had signs up indicating that they were only accepting cash because their readers were down. I had to go elsewhere.

Nobody wearing masks, workers or customers. Employees spent the whole time practically ignoring customers while joking back and forth about an order that they had accidentally given to the wrong customer. Terrible

Just wish the homeless would stop asking for money but everything thing else is great

Not 24 hours the clerk is so rude. The security guard is just doing his job and saying it's closed he was super helpful and was so respectful. I was here with no gas and had to wait 3 hours for him to open. Something needs to be done. This was at 1pm at night. The poor security needs a metal or something because to have to work with someone like this is terrible.
