Terrible customer service at Atwells Ave 7-11. I paid for gas, then all the pumps shut sown before I could start pumping. 7-11 employee agreed it was 7-11’s fault, yet I did not receive a refund. I went back again the next night to discuss with 7-11, but received the same response of,” Sorry. It’s our fault, but there is nothing I can do.” Imagine admitting a mistake, but doing absolutely nothing to rectify it. Shameful. Avoid 7-11 on Atwells Ave.

This store is completely different now after being sold to a new franchise. The store is totally amazing with full products and organized all new staff are very friendly also the new owner always cares about the customers I asked him one time about a product that I need. The second day I saw the items in the store. Very high-quality store now very recommend everyone shop there 👏👏

Went to the store to get some ice cream and i was amazed about the different flavors of ice cream they have and how organized everything was and especially with the discounts definitely recommend! people very friendly so is the new owner.

I went to the store and they have great deals you don’t want to miss out . I bought 5 wings and got 5 free . And the food was fresh and hot def stop by the store is nice and clean .

The owner of this store is not a good person. I have shopped there off and on for 14 plus years and went in to buy an item today. I had a coupon on an app for 1.00 off a particular item from the manufacturer of the item. This 711 was listed on the app as one of the stores that accepts this coupon. I was unable to use it not because they didn't have the technology to accept the coupon thru the app but simply because the owner doesn't like coupons. I told him he should contact the company that I got the coupon from and notify them to take that 711 store off the list because they don't take coupons and the owner replied in a very rude way that I should do that. I told him it's his store why should I do his job for him. If he had been normal and said I'm sorry I don't take coupons and I will contact that company and let them know to take the 711 off of the list of stores that accept the coupons I would have just went somewhere else and never left this review but the owners attitude was so condescending and he really showed me he doesn't value his long time customers. I will never ever shop there again. There are many other choices and frankly I rather spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn't give customers attitude and treat them like crap because I wanted to use a coupon at the store. Also it's not safe to shop at this store late at night basically after sun down you will get pan handlers con artists homeless all accosting you and it sometimes happens during the day.

This store sold me milk that expired on 10/11/22. It is 10/31/22! 7 Elevens policy is to toss milk 4 days before the sell by. So that means, for nearly an entire month, no one checked the milk. Guess how I found out it was old? Going to chug it after working a late night, that was fun, vomiting in a parking lot at 1am.

your employee today of November 17th 2021 at 2:39pm...I have never been to 7/11 with such a RUDE associate! I asked for marlboro menthol 100s and he straight ask gold or white...mind you never an issue any time I go there till this man with the worst attitude starts talking saying he doesn't smoke and etc etc...im pretty sure if you work there you have a general idea of the products in your store. will definitely take it up with your higher up! there is NO reason to be talked to they way that employee did to me. I simply was confused and he was getting annoyed...excuse me?? what did I do wrong? I didn't give him attitude or anything!
