Hello! I wanted to let this location know I filed a police report about the fact that your elderly cashier, a short chubby man with glasses a beard and grey hair stole my cash last night during a transaction he ultimately denied. I’ve gone to many locations to upload cash onto my chime card, this man didn’t understand how to correctly do the cash deposit. He was not doing it correctly, I’ve also worked at stores that upload cash- this man either didn’t understand the concept or purposely denied the transaction because the man appeared to be racist and hostile, so that he could ultimately pocket $40-$80 of my hard earned cash as a single mother trying to pay my phone bill, possibly more. I have receipt proof, and proof this was the only store I went to do this at yesterday night. I called and tried explaining the situation, to be met with the manager who was there when I walked in about 30 minutes previous to me calling about my stolen money. He claimed his name was “Shred” and that he is the manager when I said that I’d like his name and the manager. The man was extremely immature on the phone and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I want this store to know you steal from other people in this neighborhood from what I have heard, you are a disrespectful store owner & I will be pressing charges for discrimination and theft. Again I have receipt and phone call proof. I also reported you to the official 7-11 corporate last night. I have experienced few instances like this in rhode island, however each time I have had consequences given to each business, sincerely-the women your rude racist elderly cashier stole from last night when I was just trying to pay my phone bill.

The boss in this store is asking customers if they have food stamps and is willing to by them he even ask his employees to buy there food stamp cards as well

I was there the other morning and the man that was working yesterday morning was completely disrespectful older guy with glasses short.... i will never go here again during the morning. I wanna know what happened to the other guy that work during the day time the tall gentleman he was more nicer. But this new person you have now isnt really the best i will never step foot here again. Until you bring the tall gentleman back in the morning.....

I had the WORST Experience at this location, the employees are BELIGERENT, ARROGANT, & DEMEANING, they also are unlawfully stealing from customers, after paying for my items the employee stated that if I wanted a bag to put my items in, it would cost me 15 cents , all because he didn’t want to bag my items , there are no signs to suggest that the bags cost & it was after I paid & didn’t have an extra cash to pay a bag fee for the items I just purchased, when I stated that I didn’t see any signs of a bag feee & didn’t have 15 cents he became argumentative & angry with me, when I ask to speak to his manager he the. Stated he doesn’t have a manger & refuse to give me the owners manners & #, it was an awful experience whereas I am a loyalty member at 7/11 & often shop at the reservoir store & have never had to pay for my items to be bagged . I think they are PRUCE GOUGING a& I might inform the department of commerce to see if it is lawful to not have a sign up that states they are charging for bags. PLEASE WHATEVER you do , don’t not shop at this location until the owner addresses this matter &!either train or fire tye employees that make it a bad experience to shop there , there have been to many negative reviews about the employees at this location

This 7 11 is unsanitary and unsafe. A Hispanic gentlemen is sick , coughing and grabbing hot food for customers without gloves . He said he told the Manager of the store that he is sick but they still made him come in for work. I hope the health department and OSHA can deal with this problem . Especially during Covid19 . This is unnecessary and unsafe.
