A1 was contracted by the Manisses hotel to do a hood replacement for the fine dining kitchen in the Historic Hotel.
The job was bid and executed flawlessly , when the plans had to be adjusted they were right there on the spot and skill of the welding in placement of the hood was impressive. Manisses management was concerned about this project because of the historic structure, the scrutiny from the regulators and the tight timetable. A1 did it all: design , sourcing , communication with inspectors , installation and set it all up flawlessly.
