Tripple AAA is mad slow at helping people and they need more people to be out there and making sure they are getting help and when some one is waiting it should t take them 30 minutes to wait for them to give them a call.

Worst Insurance EVER!!! Had an accident with a vehicle I had purchased less than 5 months prior.I tried calling the adjuster, phone was always busy.I received a letter 2 weeks after it was dated, which means it sat on their desk for at least a week and a half before they decided to mail it. Adjuster decided to total the vehicle ( had 80,000 )miles . Adjuster did not take into consideration the condition of the vehicle or the mileage.Should have never been totaled!!! I lost over $4000.00 It has been over a month and a half and I am still waiting on a check. Last letter I received said my claim remains open pending on a settlement for the total loss. They totaled it!!!! they still can't figure it out!!!!!WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to have a private towing company tow my motorcycle, after I have been paying the extra 65.00 a year for the plus plan...after 4 hours they call and say we have no straps to secure your bike..HAHA HA HA HA...sideshow....THEN corporate calls and said they will reimburse me for my tow...it was 120.00. The scumbags send me a check for 30.00...wow..maybe I can go to burger king...I notice every review is bad...who's running the show..alviti from D.O.T.

This is the office i dealt with last night, i confirmed by checking the phone number. I was continuously lied to for 8.5 hours that a tow was on its way to me. I was also put on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on on 2 separate occasions. At 4pm i was told to stand outside so he can see me and find me. I did this in the cold for 45 minutes before i sought shelter again. I then got told at 7pm (the initial call was at noon mind you) that "they really mean it this time, they're in Route" they didn't show up for 2 more hours. I hope no one needs to experience waiting 8. 5 hours by themselves in a broken down car for a tow. I've had AAA for over a decade. I'll be looking for a alternative company to get a membership with today. The complete lack of disregard for my safety, my life and my job that i completely missed a shift of, was absolutely egregious and downright cold and heartless.

AAA caused damage to my car while performing a routine battery replacement. The technician incorrectly crossed and matched the wires, resulting in the blowing of the main fusible link and the throttle body fuse. Additionally, the blower motor assembly suffered damage. A licensed mechanic assessed the damage and identified poor workmanship, noting that the new battery was installed without cleaning the poles, which were covered in battery acid.I filed a claim with AAA, providing all invoices and photo evidence, but the claim was denied, and I lost $500. Alisha Kobetz, the manager handling the claim, not only rejected it but also insinuated that I was dishonest. Instead of addressing the issue directly, AAA referred me to a third-party contractor they hired for the battery replacement to handle compensatory damages. This decision seemed to pass the responsibility to a local small business owner.As a result, my car's heating system remains unrepaired, and I am compelled to drive my two young children in the cold. This experience has been frustrating, and I caution others against doing business with AAA. I've taken the additional step of submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I recently had a breakdown where I had to glide onto the side of the road after transmission failure. I called AAA and it gave me a link to put in a road service call. It was the easiest way to do it. They quoted me 1.30 hours. I sat there for about 20 minutes and the truck pulled up out of nowhere. I was so happy to see it arrive so quickly. The driver was very kind and sympathetic. I highly recommend using the link (or app) for road service. Thank you AAA for such prompt and courteous service.

This past weekend,a AAA driver decided to use my front lawn as a place to do a 10-point turn. Unfortunately because it wasn't caught on camera even though my wife witnessed it with her own eyes, as well as a description of the car being towed and the truck ,they won't admit any fault without a police report etc. thank you AAA for taking care of your local customer base.

I requested a tow through AAA on 8/26 for my car on the side of the highway and the tow driver’s negligence damaged the rear differential by placing it on a wheel lift when my car is AWD. Despite placing a claim through AAA as soon as it happened, I was without a car and forced to pay out of pocket for a rental for almost a month as my car was repaired by 9/25. The repair itself took less than a day to complete but my car sat at the shop for that whole time due to AAA and the tow company refusing to pay for my car to be repaired and for AAA dragging their heels with the claim, blaming me for the delays when I had everything they needed as soon as it was asked for. The member service representative, Adrienne West, was unresponsive to multiple email and call attempts and was unhelpful in resolving issues with the tow company. As a paying member, I am very disappointed in the service I received for calling AAA to tow my vehicle and I will be very hesitant to use them for any future roadside assistance.

I had a blowout on 295 in Prov RI, I had my dog in the car. I called AAA & requested help, I was quoted 2 hrs (online).. I called back & explained that I was not in a good spot & I had my dog with me & I didn't really feel safe waiting in the car but there was no other choice. The woman I spoke to was very helpful & compassionate about my situation.. not sure what she did but my hero, Sean, was there within an hour of my blowout. He had the tire changed right away & gave me some helpful tips about tires & lug nuts & how far/fast I can drive on a donut. He made sure I got into traffic safely & I was on the road again. AAA is the best, one small payment=peace of mind for a year!! What a concept! Thank you, AAA, once again.

Wish there was something less than one star because AAA Providence is the worst. After paying for a package of driving lessons, couldn’t get any classes for my son for a month. Called to cancel and they tried to charge me a fee for canceling. Supervisor called back and convinced me not to cancel. Now I spoke to this very rude and rep about the road test- she didn’t like that I corrected her so she calls back and said they can’t accommodate my son for the road test. Suddenly their calendar is filled. Asked to speak to a supervisor and I’m told they only have one and she’s on vacation. For the amount of money AAA charges for these lessons, they should use some of that to train their reps on better customer service. My other child will NOT be using AAA driving sch that’s for sure. Shameful!!

Car stalled out at 6:30 pm and I called for roadside assistance as I was blocking traffic from a mall garage exit. At 11:30 pm they finally told me they could not come help and to call a private company and pay out of pocket. 5 hours I’m a dangerous place! They could have told me 2 hours in that they had no one to help. I don’t recommend this place and think my years as a member was a waste of money I’d like back. 7 years I’ve been a member and this was the worst experience of my life.

Untruthful. Disgusting. Endangered a disabled man. The phone reps are given the directive to say whatever they feel like to get the customer off the line.Initially refused service because of verifiable service dogWe are blocking traffic here going on 2 hours. Any other AAA members treated poorly will empathize and understand. 2 hours and 20 minutes
