Worst store ever, I’ve been there before when the very unprofessional district manager is there Paula?, she’s so pushy it’s ridiculous, u can also hear her harass the employees to be as pushy as her. Her ingenuity Turns off to even wanting to spend time in there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bras are so comfortable. I bought three! They stock non-standard sizes too.

Each time I've gone, I've always been welcomed warmly and the ladies have gone above and beyond to help me find what underwear fits me comfortably! They're friendly, helpful, and they'll talk with you about sizing and styles of underwear! Highly recommend going!

The staff working today I don’t know there names where amazing. Went for my favourite perfume love affair and with in less then a sec the staff pick out my fav items and cashed me out awesome service and experience!!!!

I came down from Québec city and i never had such amazing service anywhere before in my life! The staff was so nice and helpful, they made me feel very safe and confident. To any plus sized girl who's struggling to find nice underwear, bras and lingerie i definitely recommend coming here, you will not regret it!!

The staff here are always super helpful! They always help me out so much. I shop here way too much specifically because not only do I love the products and the size range available, but the customer service is awesome!! They have made me a loyal customer, and I am always recommending the store to others. I suggest first timers get a bra fitting and listen to the staff's suggestions. They also run great sales pretty regularly, so keep an eye out for those.

Nate was great!!! I walked in with anxiety and frustration immediately and was greeted by a woman who was so confident I melted( I didn’t catch her name I’m so sorry!) and then the fitting room was attended by Nate and Nate assisted me to find the right fit and made me laugh and have fun the whole time. The entire staff was so smiley and friendly it really helped with my decisions with their guidance. Fully recommend!!

Would’ve been great until I was looking for panties and accidentally opened a drawer with bras in it. As I go to close it this loud mouth employee informs me I am indeed looking at bras and they are not my size. Who asked you? Dropped whatever I was gonna buy and just walked out. Don’t embarrass your customers or make them feel stupid and maybe you’ll get a sale! While you’re at it get on a treadmill.

I came in with about 20-25 mins before I had to catch a train to see my long distance boyfriend. The associate Emily with curly hair went above and beyond for me. From measuring me and quickly finding a couple of options. Her customer service was a 10/10 and really made me feel welcomed despite the time crunch
