Awesome customer service, some of my parts incomplete or missed label, but the guys took care of the situation and found the right one.

They have the parts you need it's just explaining the parts you need to the sales associates who don't know anything about cars that can be frustrating...

This auto parts store is located in the same shopping center as the Aldi and Family Dollar store on Smith street. The store looks a bit run down and sometimes there are people just loitering outside, so it has a bit of an image issue. Inside I was able to find the oil filter I was looking for, their selection was good and the prices were comparable to similar stores. The guy at the register was not too customer service focused, a bit of a long face, but efficient during the actual transaction. Plenty of parking inside the strip mall.

Disappointing I needed to return some parts. When I went to the store. My purchase was not listed under my phone number. I was told I had to speak to Boris about what happened. I'd call and he was never in. I don't know if he got it confused with my Father's account at State Towing. I was told it would go under my information but wasn't so returning the parts wasn't possible.I'd like to be contacted about this situation.

Funny employees like to drop racial slurs then hide behind the counter when their asked to step outside. You know Caucasians can speak Spanish too?I feel like I should pay you clowns for that comedy performance. Telling me to come back “after close”You already seemed tired, there was no need to come slump you at close.Nothing but excuses ?Je to pro mne španĕlská vesnice

I don’t know how these idiots even find their gas tank to fill up. Zero knowledge of anything automotive. They must take their razor scooters to work.

Learned the hard way these thief's steal and claim your life time limited warranty's. Went in for an exchange and was told there was no record of the purchase therefor they could not honor the warranty. It's the 21st century and I used my advanced auto parts membership card? As a test I bought brake pads and rotors, two years after purchase I called while looking at my receipt and asked how to go about an exchange. To NO SURPRISE they couldn't find the purchase in their system. It was at that point I informed the employee I had the receipt, provided all the information. WOW! WHAT A MIRACLE! All of a sudden he could find the purchase and then went on to tell me someone already took advantage of my warranty. I informed him that was impossible and told him we could match up the serial numbers off the brakes currently on my car. AGAIN! A miracle happened, they told me I could come down buy the rotors and pads. Then come down with the core return and they would "see what they could do" I explained I would come down with the receipt as well as core return there would be no need for me to make two trips. After fumbling over his words, not sure what to say, the employee once again told me they would "see what they could do" Reached out to corporate who was astonished they could not locate the purchase in the system. They were also confused as to why I was being told my parts had already been warrantied. (Your employees stole them) I was told by corporate to bring down my old pads and rotors and they could do the exchange. Upon arrival I was told there had been no mention of the rotors that they only had the pads (wasting my time per usual) I explained I would be holding onto my receipt( your word means nothing without it) when good old Fredo began to get upset. I explained to this clown that I would come back the following day with the two year old receipt and pick up both the rotors and pads at once. The small employee behind the counter began calling me a snitch and a white boy. When I asked him to step outside he cowered in fear behind his employees. Don't give these crooks a penny of your business. These funny clowns can't tell a brake pad from a lug nut! When they get aggressive and you match their energy they retreat like the cowards they are! How ironic It was a test and you guys failed, no surprise there!

This review is specifically for Advance Auto Parts in Attleboro, MA. Mike, who I believe is the manager, was my first point of contact and took total ownership of my call. He was so pleasant and calming, not going to lie, I was pretty worked up when I finally was refered to him. My issue started with Pep Boys and a car battery that was purchased 1 1/2 years ago in their retail store on North Main St in Providence, RI. Apparently they only run the service part of the operation now, still not clear but I'm guessing Advance Auto acquired some part of the retail, but don't quote me on that. After calling Pep Boys and being told unless I had the paper receipt, which I did, but was printed on thermal paper and essentially a blank receipt, they couldn't assist me. I was given an 800 corporate number who I was told had access to the warranty info....wrong! First question, cc number used to purchase the battery...I don't know, may have been cash, old debit number and was purchased by my brother for me to add to the mix. If you paid cash, SOL, no cc number, SOL. I was told I could email the blank receipt, with the wisp on Pep Boys logo at the top to corporate and they would make a decision. Any warranties you were promised gone. At the Pep Boy Service department someone took pity on me and gave me Mike's number. This man was so kind and helpful, took ownership of something I don't even think he had any obligation to help with, trusted me to take the new battery home and return with the old one, with just my name and number. He was incredible. I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received and how kind he was. Everyone in customer relations should have this man's can do attitude and I quite frankly can't thank him enough for his help and his treatment.
