Went there today and was the only customer in the store besides the person I was shopping with. Two employees were gossiping in another language and did not acknowledge me when I asked for help to try on a few pair of shoes. Would’ve spent a few hundred if things worked out but walked out instead. Have never seen such terrible customer service.

Elizabeth was a wonder! I came in to buy new shoes for work. I was looking for something my size and had to go two sizes down because the shoes ran big. Elizabeth did not hesitate to help me find the right fit. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and diligent. Will definitely be returning, thanks Elizabeth!

Bad quality of shoes and bad customer service. I bought this shoes and wore 4 times, in the first time started to cracking at the toe cover. I went to the store to complain, and they said there wasn’t nothing that can do for me. So, I lost 100$.

Great selection of shoes, terrible customer service. I came in yesterday 10/21 and saw a beautiful selection of shoes! I was so excited to try on many pairs. When I asked the girl with the redish brown hair for shoes she seemed like she didn’t want to get me the shoes, but she still did which is fine. I tried them on and asked for 2 more pairs I saw on the shelf. A family of people walked in to try on shoes, too. I waited a little while and then noticed the lady was going back and forth getting multiple people shoes. I moved closer trying to get eye contact. She just ignored me for about 10 minutes clearly aviid me, and was very smiley to the other customers. She even began closing one of the doors because it was about 8:15pm. She finally realized I wasn’t going to leave until she spoke with me, and I asked where the shoes are? She said they didn’t have in my size. So I asked why she didn’t say anything before. She just giggled. I told her this was horrible customer service and you should treat all customers equally. She just walked away from me. I’ve been in customer service for 12 years, this is the worst store experience I’ve had in years. The other girl in the store just watched it happen and did nothing. I’m very kind to everyone, but this behavior most definitely hurts the sales for this store and ruins people’s shopping experiences.

The girl in the shop was really nice and helpful. I like the design of the shoes but a lot of them are kind of uncomfortable to wear realistically, and just look fashionable.

ALDO shoes were founded in Canada in 1972 as a footwear concession within the department store Le Chateau. The original group included stores in Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Winnipeg. Aldo Bensadoun known today as a global shoe giant built his empire starting in Montreal. The first freestanding ALDO store was opened in Montreal, in 1978. The brand expanded in the 1980s and 1990s, with stores operating under the name ALDO across Canada. The first store outside of North America opened in Israel in 1995. The brand expanded in the 2000s into Saudi Arabia in 2001, England in 2002, and Singapore in 2003. Since then, the ALDO Group, with the ALDO and Call It Spring/Spring banners, has further expanded on the international market. This particular store at the Providence Place mall is very neatly organized and it has good quality items for a nice fair price. Shoes, purses, accessories, all are well made and top quality. The staff is nice and friendly.
