I am renovating my repair shop here in East Providence and I was looking to replace my old, faded pole sign with a modern lite up sign to install on the building. I contacted four different companies and AlphaGraphics emailed me back right away. It took up to two weeks for some of the others to get back to me. I explained to Erick what I was looking for and he emailed me different samples until I finally found the perfect design. The price was fair and they stuck to the timeline and had it installed in a couple hours. Everyone that I delt with from start to finish were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely deal with them again in the future

I took a flash drive in with photos and asked if Alphagraphics could develop them (there were a great number), and they said sure thing. I paid a $200 deposit. A couple of weeks went by, I heard nada. I emailed (I went by a few times but they were closed during their posted business hours), and finally got someone who told me they'd be ready in another week. A week goes by, they tell me they can't do the photos at all. I say okay I'll take a refund. The refund never comes. I had to get my bank to reverse the charges. Bad business, doing bad business.

I highly recommend Alphagraphics. The turn around time is quick, the pricing is reasonable and product is great.This is the second year in a row that I have had a fabulous experience with alphagraphics printing a holiday card for me. I worked from some of my watercolors and they really look good.Eric is amazing! If you can get him to help you I recommend it. He seems to respond almost Instantaneously to emails. He really listened to me when I talked about the quality that I was going for and helped me figure out how to get it.
