be careful if ur a person of color, the short white lady with strawberry frizzy hair and glasses was rude to me, even when i asked for help she told me in a rude way to hold on cause she was busy getting the phone. i asked her for help with the fitting room and she was ignorant about that and instead of giving me a dressing room first she helped the white lady first and greeted her with a nice attitude and when she opened my fitting room door i thanked her and she didn’t say nothing back. i understand things can get hectic, i too work for retail but there’s no need for attitude or choosing who you want to be nice to.

Never would shop here again I ordered online it said 2 hours I called about my order the manager and girl who I spoke to said they are to busy doing something else they will not fill my order for 2 days ! I can call Tuesday to see if it would be available

I needed an even exchange for a pair of jeans and was denied. I even brought up the AE policy on my phone and she said her store has a different policy and that I could go somewhere else if I needed anymore help. Absolute worst AE experience I’ve had after shopping with the company for 10+ years. I called back to get her name and she said no and hung up. Had to go back inside and ask an associate. The manager’s name is Ana. So unprofessional I’m in the process of a corporate complaint.
