Great record store; really well curated and fair pricing. The owner always has some great suggestions too. Amazing for harder to find genres; Reggae, African and Latin.

I love this place - my personal favorite record store in Providence. They have a great selection of vinyl across genres with both new and used records. Plus the shop proprietor is super nice and knowledgeable. Every time I stop in I find something that I've been looking for and I love that they have both rarer used stuff and new repressings. I always prefer to buy from here (rather than online) to support a local business - especially when so many others are closing.

First time there and I have to say, what an awesome place. The owner is a really good guy. He listened to my story and was very genuine, super easy to talk to. He helped me with a last minute gift and I am soooo grateful!

I would rate this shop lower if I could. Pompous 'business owner'. I said something about there being a high priced record to my sister and he said 'no it's not...I'm a business owner'. No thank you, I don't need you to tell me what's 'expensive' or not. He then went on to explain he knows more. Absolutely horrible experience. Be ready to get 'Mansplain-ed' at this place.

Sweet Prices and Major Finds! Great place to take a moment to dig through the stacks. There are goodies everywhere! Staff are really friendly and know their stuff. I was able to score this rare 1967 feminist gem featuring all the great women of folk! check em out!

The selection is absolutely bonkers. I found a reprint of a City Pop album I’ve been wanting for ages! Was a really pleasant all-around experience! Looking forward to more weekend visits to find more neat records.

I ordered through Discpal so I'm not reviewing the physical location. I was looking to get three 4 AD reissues of Dead Can Dance. Tryin' to find them from one shop for bulk shipping. It was between two shops and AuGold had exponentially more 100% reviews and transactions so I went here. $6.75 for shipping 4 discs total (one double, two single lp's). $6.00 for the first record. $.25 each additional. What else do I need to say? I'm stoked. I highly recommend AU. P.S. These reissues are amazing. Basically ZERO surface noise. (WTROADS, A, SC). FYI ITL was also amazing I just got it elsewhere and it sounded so good I got more. I hear 4AD got it from the same source as MOFI, not sure if true.

Amazing collection of albums for beginners to heads. Categories include Ambient, Hip Hop, Jazz & Soul, World, Weird, Rock and more. Everything is moderately priced and comparative to, if not cheaper than, online. Their collection of $3 albums is always curated and full of gems. The racks range from $5~20. If you are looking for more expensive / rare, they have a constantly rotating wall of choice albums. The staff is awesome and will happily guide you to your next favorite album. Check them out on Discogs too.
