“Kerrie was very kind and accommodating in my experience. She goes above and beyond as a real estate agent, helping some tenants find furniture for example. She also let me use her building's parking lot throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend working with her, especially if you are a student in the area looking for housing.”

“Center Place is an amazing community! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the maintenance team is very responsive, resolving issues quickly. The regular community events create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
While there are minor improvements needed, like better window sealing during winter, the overall experience far outweighs these small issues. Highly recommend Center Place to anyone looking for a great place to call home!”
