The store is quite big, huge variety of Apple products and accessories on display. With larger display tables, customers can experience almost all of Apple products being offered including iPhones, MacBooks, Apple Watches etc. the staff are nice and friendly, and usually a lot of them are available to assist the purchases. It’s advised to check availability of items in stock before making a visit to this store especially if you are traveling from far. The Genius Bar at this store is also quite large and again an appointment is recommended before brining in any Apple product for servicing. The store is located on the first shopping level of this huge mall.

I’m a U.S. Navy Sailor and being stationed in CT is already a bad enough experience. The attitude here is absolutely trash and it’s not even as busy as I’ve seen other Apple Stores get.

Worst experience ever! Will is a terrible manager with horrendous customer service skills. Went to pick up an iPhone 17 and store did not log the pickup correctly and now I am forced to travel 3 hours to correct this error! I am disgusted.

Worst manager his name is pj’s he is not helpful at all and I asked him i need to talk to the main manager he told me i am the main manager but i asked another one about the manager he told me mark is the big boss here and mark was so helpful but pj’s is not at all and also the guy who’s welcome you when you enter the store is not helpful at all . He don’t want to help actually i felt disappointed

One of the worst sales experiences I have ever had. I came in on Thursday around 5pm for a repair and was considering whether it made more sense to fix my current Mac or buy a new one. The salesperson I worked with was completely unprofessional. He did not know how to check my storage without calling over two other employees. He gave me no information about the different Mac options. When I noticed that 200GB were not backed up he brushed it off with “well, we can see it right here.” See what? He clearly lacked product knowledge and acted like helping me was a chore.
Jon was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and everything you would expect from Apple support. Unfortunately the poor experience with the other salesperson completely overshadowed that.
I left without buying a computer and now I am having to drive over an hour away just to purchase one. Do not waste your time or money here. Take your business elsewhere.
