There are not enough good adjectives to describe how amazing Atomic is- I will NOT EVER buy an appliance from a box store! I bought a stove from Atomic and the tempered glass was defective- I made one call to atomic and that was it- they took care of the entire thing- had that happened with a big box store it would have taken weeks to get it sorted out- and most people seem to think that they are more expensive- which is totally false.Do not go anywhere else

Our built in microwave broke and we called them. The gentleman spent 30min over the phone trying to help us out . Very great experience and helpful indeed. Thank you!

The most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Arrangements were made that I would receive a phone call so the owner could deliver my new dishwasher. No phone call he dumped my new dishwasher on my back deck in the rain and tropical storm speed winds. When I called him to resolve the issue he used foul language and hung up on me. When he spoke to my son he called him a little “a..hole”. Maybe the time has come for him to retire. Maybe this is the beginning of dementia or Alzheimer’s. I don’t know all I know is he is inappropriate.

Very rude, unprofessional, swears at customers, don’t use this company they are very unreliable. They left my brand new dishwasher out in the rain and tropical storm winds. They took weeks to deliver, they told me they would call when they were on their way to deliver so I could open the door and they could bring it in but they never called they just dumped it on my back deck in bad weather. Was moving up the street and found out last minute there was no central air. I called every hardware store, appliance store, etc from New York to Massachusetts and everyone was out of stock for ac units. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this gem, and I called to ask if I could reserve one over the phone and get it the next day-they said yes and the owner didn't even make me pay! When I went to pick it up, he told me they had other customers come in asking to buy it, but he remained loyal and held on to it for us!! The unit works amazing and the price was great. Will definitely be returning to this local shop for all future appliance needs!!

The owner, Joel, was extremely rude. He was wildly insulting and unprofessional to a degree to which he should not be allowed to conduct business. His behavior was unacceptable and condescending--I do not recommend this business to anyone.

We have 3 apartments and a business and we go to Atomic for all our appliance needs. They take the old out, bring the new in, even if it's on the 3rd floor! And prices have always been great!

everything you could want from an appliance store. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. They delivered my appliances right away, and at the exact time I wanted them delivered. They were in and out very quickly, and answered all my questions. Oh, AND they price match everything at Lowes/Home Depot- so don't think you're getting a worse value by going here. Highly recommended.

I went to Atomic Appliances to purchase replacement rubber bumpers for my KitchenAid stove top. Would need 12 of them but would order 16 to have backups. the guy behind the counter was very helpful, and customer oriented. They did not have them in stock. He called someone and told me they would take 4 weeks to get and cost $4 each. So for the 16, this would cost me over $70 plus shipping. I went home and went online, and purchased 16 factor bumpers/feets for about $25, including 2 day shipping. Do not think I will ever go into their store again.
