I spoke with a very unhelpful repair technician who didn’t seem to understand that Yamaha covers the repairs under warranty. He told me I would have to send it to them unless I was willing to pay for the repairs myself. After calling back Yamaha to confirm coverage it is clear he didn’t know what he was talking about and came across disgruntled and rude. I took my repair elsewhere.

We have been using Treehouse for years and can't say enough about them. They are just great to work with. They do the audiovisual for our annual fundraising banquet and it is the one aspect of the event we never have to worry about. Thanks Treehouse!
