Remarkably unprofessional teller staff across the board. I came in to obtain a certified Banker's check - one of the very few reasons a bank customer is required to work with a teller any longer - and was told the only printer for the office was not working. There were 3 women standing around the unit pushing buttons randomly and looking totally lost. When I asked if there was an alternate method for authorizing a check -- like physically writing one out and having it signed off by the branch manager (the way EVERY bank did this before computer printers were required) the young teller shrugged her shoulders and said there was no other option. This was at 4:03 pm after every other Bank of America branch had just closed and I was rushing to get a check dropped off before the End of Business day. She told me to go across the street and buy a money order from a convenience store! Considering this bank charges a $15 fee for this service and then can't even provide it because a printer is broken, I seriously considered withdrawing every dollar I had at BOA that very moment. Easily the worst banking experience I've had in 20 years in the USA.
Ironically, the convenience store money order was only $6 and the cashier told me he's never had an easy visit to this BOA branch location without running into one problem or another.
Bottom Line: Find another branch if you need anything other than an ATM, or switch to a Local RI Credit union.

They have 1 teller working while there’s 7 people waiting in line, the 1 teller spent over 20 minutes with this guy and nobody seems to care that we are all waiting. They have other 2 tellers working but they’re counting money. This is legit so painful that I’m making a review while waiting in line. 80% of people here need a withdrawal but the great bank of Bank of America only allows you to take out $3000 max through ATM. If they fix that the bank wouldn’t be this busy, but hey what do I know.

Came in an hour and 15 minutes before closing. They made me wait 45 minutes until i decided to leave. The teller that came over to talk to me made me feel like I was a criminal coming into the bank. I felt as if he tried to persuade me into leaving by saying I’ll have to wait awhile before I’m seen. I’ll go open an account at another bank before I come back here again.

I stopped by the ATM drive-through to get some cash and the machine ate my card. I went inside, and the clerk was very rude and nonchalantly told me to cancel my card and order a new one, but that I am out of luck today in the moment, horrible machines and horrible service.
