Called let them know i wanted to come by a phone so I had them check availability and went to the store waited my turn in line and someone walked in after me and sat down. The boost rep told me to wait while he helped the man who just walked in instead of me who was standing waiting. That was so rude and I have no idea why he would treat a new customer to the store like that? I was nothing but polite and left the store and said I'll come back later when he decided to push me aside for another customer. I've never been treated so rude at a business ever in my life.

Staff knows me and any time I have a problem they are patient and helpful. My dad is even a customer now I always choose this store, even when I moved out of the area I will come to this store

What a unprofessional service do not buy from this store once you in you are f go to another boost mobile store they will play you and if the phone you buy don't work guess what you not getting a refund or an exchange you will get the cops called on you for jo reason and then you will get a trespassing order so good luck when buying a phone here
