Wanted a new phone and a change of plan. She told me my new plan would go in effect when my next bill came due. Didn't think it was complicated, but it didn't happen. It kinda screwed me when I had no data left to have a zoom job interview. Go to these people at last resort.. Try Walmart if you can.

Crystal was the best employee i’ve encountered i had to upgrade my phone and she picked a great one out for me and included accessories and i got a tablet for my grandson. super nice girl. great work keep going.
