Horrible experience bought a Razer phone in January 2024 the phone stopped working boost refuses to honor the warranty. The insurance I took out also
denied the claim because the phone is under warranty. So I have been robbed 600 dollars. This is how Boost Mobile takes care of it loyal customers I've been a customer for 21 yrs. Sad these companies have no respect for it's customer

Sold me a used iPhone, when I supposably bought a brand new and "sealed in the case iPhone." Paid in full for a iPhone 6s Plus, I wasn't too savvy with Iphones at the time and the phone stated I couldn't use the touch id feature, first red flag. Also, my battery drained tremendously within 1.5 hours. I went back to the store the son had claimed he fixed it and put in a "new battery." It was still dying fast, so I called them and said I wanted my money back and the owner said she could only refund me $50!! I will never step foot in this unprofessional establishment again! Crooks!

If you have a Boost Mobile cell phone this is the best independent dealer locations that I've been too. They have a wide variety of phones, the service is doting, the employees are all eye candy, and they even give the customers candy when thanking you for your patronage.

The most inexperienced “Boost†I have been to in Rhode Island. When they can't fix a phone they tell you it's the Motherboard. Had this happen twice with 2 different phones. They are only capable of replacing phone screens and even that buyer beware. They kept giving me defective screens then telling me there was only a 30 day warranty. Finally I decided to go somewhere else on Atwells in Federal Hill and Guess what both the phones that supposedly had mother board problems was not the issue. In fact it was the charging ports. Don't waste your time or MONEY with these ROOKIES because they are in the business of making $$$ off the POOR community that actually SUPPORTs them. Remember w/o customers you have NO business. PS they are a Franchise and that makes a huge difference in their services that they provide to customer. Very deceitful business practices. Crooks!!!!
