I would like to give shoutouts to Jesus. We had an amazing experience at the phone store with my mom thanks to the excellent customer service we received. The representative who helped us went above and beyond—he offered the ultimate deals for my mom’s line, making sure we got the best value possible.
While we were switching her information from the old phone to the new one, he kept the process smooth and pleasant. We ended up having a great conversation about all kinds of things—vacation trips, everyday phone tips, and even some helpful advice about using apps more efficiently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient the entire time.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels both professional and personal, but this experience was exactly that. Thank you for making our visit easy, informative, and enjoyable!

Went to this store to get new lines and the girl with braces is always on her phone, doesn't speak English, and is always trying to call to ask questions, unprofessional and has no knowledge of her job.
They need to hire people who know how to do their work.

I went into the store to buy a cell phone for Father’s Day gift the younger they took care of me didn’t Review the account that we have there she sold me the same form that I have I went there for an upgrade and a better phone I asked to speak to a manager the owner of the store they told me he’s way too busy to handle what was going on why would I go buy the same form that I already have make sure if you’re going to the store you ask a lot of questions and take your time don’t let nobody or any sales person rushing last time coming to the store. I didn’t even have less than 24 hours with the phone. Very poor experience service customer service it was handled very bad.

This by far the best boost i have ever been to he not only helped me for 2 hrs he made me comfortable i already told all my friends where to go for there services and i said go to jose at boost on pocassat ave in providence. Vwry patient and helpful

We weren't acknowledged at all. Thankfully I wasn't a patron because that was the worst customer service experience I ever encountered. We felt so unwelcomed & uncomfortable that we left shortly after we arrived.
