I have been going to this spot for YEARS and I’ve never had anything but a good experience. Anytime we need a tire plugged or a new tire put on we come here. Also have been for 3 or 4 inspections and he’s always quick and helpful with us. I see all the bad reviews but as for me I’ve had a decade plus of good experiences here!

I went here today to get my car inspected, and it was an absolute nightmare. Firstly, as a woman, this man made me very uncomfortable with his close proximity and lack of boundaries for personal space. While he was inspecting my car he leaned really close to me and told me he would do an oil change for me for 85 additional dollars as if he was giving me the deal of a lifetime but also SERIOUSLY invading my personal space.
After I had left, I noted that the sticker was put on very crooked, revealing that he had not wiped off the adhesive that was on from the prior sticker. I got out of my car and looked, and the old stickers numbers were still on my windshield, obscuring the new stickers numbers.
I went back to inform him that I needed a new sticker and he must have thought I was talking about the adhesive that was surrounding the sticker and not the adhesive UNDER the sticker because he began vigorously rubbing off the adhesive and the entire sticker began falling apart and bits and peices of it were littering my dashboard. I asked him to stop no less than TEN times, and he continued on until I had to put my hand ontop of the sticker at which point HE STILL TRIED TO SCRUB OVER MY HAND. I was in such shock and asked him to replace the sticker and he flat out refused and told me it would be 55 dollars AGAIN.
He then went on a rant saying " I am who I am" out of nowhere and was acting psychotic and shaking. Showing me a bracelet that had the saying "i am who i am" printed on it and aggressively shoving it in my face.
Needless to say I left, and I did not get the situation remedied. I wouldn't trust this man with your cars, inspections, or to be frank your safety in general. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wish I had.

I brought my Honda accord to get the axle fixed and the mechanic didn’t screw the bolt back in the right way causing the wheel to come out of my car and ruin my fender. When I brought the car back to the mechanic he basically shrugged and pointed me in the direction where “I could get it fixed” never offered to help and when I show up he looks annoyed and is honestly extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone he’s horrible

Horrible experience at this spot. Went to get my tire plugged not only did i wait for close to an hour (after asking asking many times how long is the wait and not receiving an answer) AND WAS CHARGED $50 FOR THE PLUG. I would think that if youre charging that amount for a tire repair perhaps maybe do a patch instead? or at least take my tire off? or i guess the least you can do is cut the excess material off he plug but he didnt. Save your time and go to Sunoco on cottage st. pawtucket. Its a beat up gas station but you get better service there, i was charged $20 there for a plug and he did remove my tire and cut the excess plug material. Its also a full service gas station and even though he stopped to pump gas at times it still took less than 10mins to get my tire fixed. Very humble hardworking guy.

Excellent and friendly service. I bought a truck which needed inspection. The owner told me that the front passenger and driver's windows were tinted( which I didn't,t realize) and the truck could not pass inspection. They removed the tint, gave the truck an oil change and it passed inspection!. All the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. My wife and I will continue to go there for service. Thanks

If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my car here two years ago and the guy in the picture was very friendly and gave me a deal to get my car inspected and remove my tint. I paid $120 bucks. I am fully aware of the RI laws and respect them. So when my inspection was up this month I figured I would bring my car back. When I pulled in he was outside and asked what I needed and I told him I had been here before and needed my car inspected and tint removed. He initially said he didn't want to do it under his breath and I was like what? You did this for me in 2020 with no problems. He then said fine but it would be a few hours, I said not a problem. This was a little before 10am. Finally, around 4pm I called him and he said "is this the white car?" I said yes the white Honda. He said it's been ready. Okay? No phone call, nothing? He hung up on me. Not sure what I did to this guy. So, I get there in about 30 minutes and he said it was $305 dollars. I was like what? You are charging me double? He said he had trouble pulling off the tint a little bit on the windshield.He told me whoever did my tint used cheap product. I always go to Providence tint on Charles, those guys do superb work. I was like don't you think you could have called me and let me know all this? I'm a single mom and the worst part is my kid was with me and I started crying. I was prepared to pay $200 the most but $305? I feel like I was scammed because I'm a woman and the way he was so rude to me possibly because I'm Jewish and it's obvious. He was non compassionate and rude. Anyways, he sees me crying and said "well maybe you shouldn't be doing this " I'm sorry sir, but I can do what I like to my own property. Then he said you should promise to never do this. I dont even even know what to say at that point but i was embarrassed and just wanted to leave. The customer before me was treated respectively and warmly. I was never rude,harsh or unfriendly. I don't know what I did to this guy from the first time but I was really taken aback. I have even recommended people to go there over the last two years. I still hope this guy has an amazing holiday and maybe have some compassion or give his customers a call before he rips them off next time.

Remember to get my vehicle inspected and it was done within 30 minutes. The owner is absolutely wonderful. Efficient, kind and knowledgeable.

Same experience as the people above. I was on mineral spring and needed to fill on gas. I’ve used BP in the Fallriver location and had such a wonderful experience so I figured I would try this one.I drove into one the spots not realizing it’s full service. I told the guy sure. I figured the price wouldn’t be as high. Drove off and didn’t realize how much it was until look at my bank statement. The guy didn’t even give me a receipt. My gas came out to be $52 dollars. Super expensive! My tank usually fills up around $38. I feel ripped off. There’s no sign. Most full service stations have signs. will never stop by here again and willNot recommend to anyone in the north providence area.This is just a scam. And for the record restaurants usually have prices on their menus (referring to previous comment made by owner)Don’t go here! BP should look into this guy. Save your coins!

Had my oil change and the owner dropped a cap into my oil tank. And did not want to remove it. Had to have my vehicle towed to my mechanic and costing me $200. Well never have an oil change at that place. Owner not very professional. Will never do business in that place. ?
