They failed to inform us as to which bear qualified for the Birthday Build-A-Bear. They gave my daughter a birthday sticker, made a big deal, but failed to tell us that our bear did NOT qualify until after we stuffed it and were checking out.

What a great experience we had today5/14/25 celebrating my granddaughters 4th bday. The very kind gentleman who was working today made the day special. He was the best Kudos to BABear!

We come here all the time and the workers are amazing! We absolutely love them! They are great with the kids and always have the best ideas for when we are planing surprises (we have a 10, 8, and 2 yearold)

To the employee that works at build a bear that sowed a crown on Araminas Mermaid frog because it wasn't compatible with her bear, but she made it work. I thank you so much for making the effort going beyond and making my little girl happy. I appreciate you🫶🏽💕

Ordered online Recieved the wrong colored of stuffed animal, called customer service and my concerns were not heard or addressed properly, will never buy from build a bear again

Brought my son here for his 3rd Birthday to say farewell to his binky. The employees were all so sweet and caring, they made sure to keep him smiling through the whole process.

I went to build a bear at the providence place with my boyfriend last night 5/25 and got the new summer Chameleon! The staff were so sweet and made my experience excellent. The employee at the stuffer asked questions about my new furry friend and his attributes/possible names which made the experience so fun and nostalgic! Thank you so much for this experience! This is one of the best build-a-bear experiences I’ve ever had!
