I have to say I rented from them for 2 weeks and it was great,but my second rental?. The attitudes and costumer service needs 80% improvement,because if a costumer is paying and letting u know the problem a car has is because it has them.. Test drive and make sure your workers clean the vichles properly that way the reviews can get better,It's not all about money it's about having good costumers then the money plays a role..

If I could rate them a 0 I would. This is my second time making a not very smart decision to get a car with them, hoping my second experience would be better but it was not. When I test drove the car it was making a sound, was assured that the issue was fixed and it was not. I had it for a month and the sound just got worse. Besides the car issue their customer serves is horrible, when I do get an answer on the phone it’s always a quick call you back and I never get a call back. When I do text them I hardly if ever get a timely response. Dana’s customer service skills needs to be improved. Very unprofessional. They are just money hungry. I have decided to let them have their car back and they will not even refund me my registration money back even though am do not want the car. I will never deal with them again even if they were the last dealership ever.They will say anything to get themselves off the hook. I agreed they can have the car back. The car with issues is not even worth the stress from the “company”. They have not addressed their lack of communication and professionalism for a company you state that they are in charge of and they are still thieves and will not refund me my money for registration for a car that I am not registered to. They have taken my $430 dollars and will not provide me my money back.

Worst experience of my life got sold a broken car my cars been in their shop more then i even drove it i still dont have my car then they tell me my temp plate expired so now their legit holding my car with all my belongings in it then they made me pay for a rental which shuda been free due to all the money i spent i asked multiple times for my money back or another car they just keep ignoring my requsts a female runs the whole dealership which is why i believe its just a mess NEVER i repeat never get a car here they will try to play u !!!!!!!!!!

Was scheduled to view a car at 3pm. The person that scheduled me had someone else there for 230pm for the same car. She ended up using me as a prop to convince the other person to buy the car while she pointed at me and laughed expressing to that other person that I was there for the same car. The other person ended up buying the car. I wasted my time, showed up unknowingly as a prop, was laughed at across the lot by the salesperson and the unknown buyer. Horrible experience with little to know respect for other people's time or dignity. I'd avoid this establishment unless you want to be used by the staff to sell cars to people that were scheduled there slightly earlier then you.

This was the worst dealership i ever gone to i i bought a car from this people 3 days later check engine light on and when i called them to see when they where able to fix the problem always telling me they never had someone to look at it and then they wouldn't give me a rental until they fix problem buitleg dealership cars from the auction that still need to fix this car if i could give a rating of 0 i would not recommended who ever says that this dealership is good must be working for the company don't be a fool

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima that I got from this place. Ever since I got the car I’ve had nothing but problems, now I am currently sitting here waiting for a tow truck because I need a new transmission! They never want to help and if you try to call them you will never get through. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!

Bought 3 cars from here, 1st one bought in 2012, STILL running! Bought 2 more vehicles from here and they have NO problems at all. Take care of your cars and they'll do the same for you! Dana has always been a gem. 😊 LOVE MY ENCLAVE!

The cars are good. But the customer service, or lack thereof, is pitiful to say the least. If they had better customer service, I would recommend. But it's such atrocious, I would never recommend them because you're looking at a nightmare. It's not easy to swallow when your money is on line.

This place is absolutely NOT worth your time. No matter how badly you might need a car, DO NOT PURCHASE ONE HERE. Want to finance a car? Be prepared to pay DOUBLE the amount of the car. Also be prepared to pay that amount in less than half of a year. Want that car to DRIVE?? NOT gonna happen! They'll need to constantly repair the piece of garbage vehicle they sold you. Fair warning, there are pending lawsuits against this place. Again, STAY AWAY!

Was looking for a specific car for a while. I am from out of state. Very easy transaction dealing with them over the phone. When I got there, I test drove it and the car was perfect. Drove it back to my State and very satisfied. Cool people.

Overall, we had a good experience with Capital Auto. Our mechanic found a few big issues with the car after we bought it but Capital Auto did not hesitate to fix them and they did it quickly. Additionally, they went above and beyond to help us with some paperwork changes we needed to do, So far, the car seems great. The only reasons I did not give a 5 star rating is because the garage they used to get the car inspected should never have passed the car with the problems our mechanic found and Dana is not easy to reach. But the bottom line is the process was easy and they had everything fixed.
