I showed up on Saturday morning hoping they could extract data from my destroyed phone but instead he offered to replace the screen and frame for ~180$ in under 20 minutes.I was completely shocked that it was so relatively cheap and fast. I handed over the phone, sat upstairs near Dave & Busters for a while on my spare phone and came down a half hour later to a completely fixed phone already half charged and ready for me to leave with.I got a brand new screen in less time than it took me to drive to the mall! Samsung S20 FE 5g Verizon screen repair in under 30 minutes. The older guy working there is extremely soft spoken and that's not a good thing considering they're in a loud mall near a food court although he was very nice, just had to lean in to hear him. Guy at the counter didn't seem to want to be there, but who does nowadays. Especially if you work in cell phone repair, no one is coming to you when they're in a good mood. I don't blame him and want to give my full 5 stars so people can know how good of an experience I personally had.Going to this place was recommended to me by the guy at the Verizon store where I sought help first. So if you need your Samsung S20 FE 5g screen repaired for 192$ tax included but you also kind of want to get coffee and Thai food at the same time, cellax is your place.Note: I'm not the person to ask if it's oem parts or not, seeing as I don't know how to figure it out nor do I care, but the phone works as good as the day I bought it, if that tells you anything.

Went to have my cracked screen on my Galaxy S9 replaced. Firstly, they charged me $250, which afterwards I realized I could have gotten a whole different refurbished version of this same phone for $150, so I'm already being ripped of at the start. Then once I got it back I thought it was fine at first, after about 10 minutes I realized there was a smudge under the glass that I couldn't get off so I returned and they said they'd fix it. I got it back and once again though it was fine, and about 20 minutes later (after I had left the mall completely) I realized that not only was the smudge still there, but now that I was looking at my phone on a white screen (I keep my phone in dark mode) there are WORDS AND SYMBOLS BURNED INTO THE SCREEN. THIS IS A USED SCREEN. I PAID $250 FOR A USED SCREEN THAT'S DAMAGED AND THEY WON'T FIX IT. You're better off keeping your cracked screen than going here.

You can't tell a customer one price come back and say that the quality of the screen is high quality and the original price was for medium quality therefore try to charge more after it was complete...who does that

I handed them my phone to put on a screen protector and they chipped the corner of my iPhone case. The case was brand new, Orginal Apple ($50). They denied that it was there fault and claimed it had been like this before.

I originally was working with a younger woman, probably in her late 20’s-early 30’s; she was very fair and honest. To describe her better (So you know you’re getting the honest employee) : She was thin, average height, had dark hair, and a complexion I would put as being on the light side of “olive”. You could tell English was not her first Language, yet she spoke fluently and is easily understood.Like I said, she was very fair; quoted me for a screen repair on my iPhone 7+ for$95.00 (screen) + $25.00 (home button) + tax= ~$127.50I returned maybe 30min later and there was a gentleman there, instead of the woman I had originally seen.>> I would describe him as middle aged, with salt-and-pepper hair, clean shaven and of a darker “Carmel” type skin tone. Perhaps décentes from the Indian or West-Asian continents. <

Got my screen fixed for $95 and she suggested I replace my battery for only $40 buttons phone worked totally fine before the screen was broke. Now since I got it fixed my phone will crash at 100% battery and turn back on at 1% and it constantly crashes now when it’s not plugged in. I was warned about this garbage company that scams people and ruins phones. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I don’t even want to give them the one star.

Went to Cellairis to have my Iphone screen replaced. I was told it would cost $100. I also went to Apple store and their cost was $169. So I thought I should go with cellairis since the price was less, but later I realized that they damaged the microphone. My Iphone was in perfect conditions; I never dropped the phone or water damage, the only issue was a broken screen. After the guy made the screen change, I was having problems with the sound. The sound was terrible, could not hear at all. Went back to Cellairis to see if they could fix it. This time I spoke with a girl (green eyes, straight hair, russian accent). When I mentioned her the issue, she did not even want to try to touch the phone. Instead, she said that when people did a new update on their Iphones it resulted in not been able to support it, and it damaged the microphones. I could not believe how they try to rip off people by providing false information. My recommendation is to NOT go to these places. They will fix one thing but will break something else. FYI: IfixandRepair are also same as Cellairis. She even recommended me to go to Ifixandrepair for a second opinion. But when I went there the same guy that fix the broke screen at Cellairis was now working at ifixandrepair. They are all the same!! If you need to make any repairs of an Apple device, go to Apple store; don't make the same mistake I did.
