Staff was very rude , my boyfriend helped me zipped up my dress In the dressing room and staff yelled at him to get out. Very rude and unprofessional. Also the staff was sitting down on their phone and refused to help.

On 9/18 i went here and their was a sweatshirt i wanted to see how much it was but i couldn't reach it and this worker didn't ask if i needed help the whole time i was their she was looking at her phone i really was mad i couldn't look at the sweatshirt i saw this t-shirt but it wasn't in my size i will never come here again

Wife went there with daughter to try to find a dress. Dressing rooms are closed and they will not offer a cash refund with a receipt, only store credit. Why? Also stood at register and got ignored by the workers like we were not even there. Ridiculous so we left buying nothing.

I told a associate today to put some of my items on hold she said she will and then I came back in the store and she put all my items away. I had to relocate them and she gave me attitude asking me to fix the graphic tee table even though I don’t work at that store. I asked for the manager and she said she was the assistant manager. How does a store work like this? If I ask you to put some thing on hold I would like you to put it on hold and ask for my name but not to put my items away that’s really rude and disrespectful of my time. She wears glasses and is really light skin. I don’t recommend shopping at the store I had a terrible experience

I am a male who was sent by dominant females I am being trained by to shop at women's clothing boutiques and be transformed into a girl. I was very nervous going there, but I had called and spoken to a stylist named Kally who didn't seem at all surprised by my questions and told me exactly when to come to the store for the experience of a lifetime. When I arrived I was basically surrounded by stylish younger females and the ladies who run the store. Cali put me at ease immediately, pulling tights which I had asked about, skirts and a selection of high heels. I admit that I was nervous when Kally and another stylist named Dee came to the dressing room and wanted to see how the different outfits and styles and colors of tights looked on me, picking different items to make me look better! I was even lucky to have Kally and Dee get a bunch of ladies shopping over to give their judgements on what I was wearing while I could only thank everyone of them!

The music volume in this store is ridiculous. I had to leave the merchandise because I couldn't take one more minute of it. Good music, just extremely loud.

Horrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would. Bad customer service , talked to me very rudely. Walked out and didn’t buy anything, never going back ! Unfortunately if you want to work with people you have to know how to talk to people.

I was not aware of this clothing store, until I walked in a few days ago. The store has a lot of merchandise, so it looks a bit busy and crowded. But what good deals ! I was looking for gift items and I saw lots of really inexpensive but fashionable items....Things as low as $3 and $5 ... What a deal. No need to go to an Outlet store if you can just walk to the mall and get great deals for a song !!! This is an American clothing chain headquartered in San Francisco, California. Fashions in the stores are targeted at women in their teens and twenties. The company owns and operates stores in 45 states. As of 2021, Charlotte Russe operated over 560 stores, mostly in malls and shopping centers. It filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on February 4, 2019. It was announced on March 7, 2019 that it would be closing all of its remaining stores and would be attempting to sell the brand's intellectual property, but in April 2019 the company got a new leaf on life under new ownership and it announced on its website that it was reopening 100 retail locations. The Providence Place Mall location was pretty busy when I walked in to check on stuff for my nieces. The store is pretty deep ... all focused on clothing for women...Lots of clearance and sale racks everywhere.....Deals galore

One of my favorite stores in the mall. They have beautiful cute and stylish clothes, bags, shoes and accessories. They are located near the food court. The prices are decent not too expensive they have character tees for only 10$! They always have the best sales. They offer a fitting room for your needs. I definitely recommend this store. You can guaranteed find at least one item. Your could buy an entire out fit for under 50$ and that includes under garments, top, bottoms, and shoes!! Definitely highly recommend.

I came in because I needed black pants. I spent 20 minutes looking around and headed to the fitting room to try on an armfull of different types. I asked the girl if the fitting rooms were open. She said no...sorry. ? Youre kidding? Right? Why? Let me guess...because of Covid? ??? I took my whole armfull of multiple pants and threw them down on a random table and headed to Boscov's. Their fitting rooms ARE open. So are Macy's. Im glad because I found some really nice ones for half the price Russe had them for so I bought 3 pairs. ? I only shop at stores now with open fitting rooms. I won't even bother walking in if they're not.

There was nothing for good merchandise in this particular location when I went shopping which is why I gave a poor rating. This location needs new style and more options inside.

Went to Charlotte Russe Today after the store reopened. I am sad to say that I am not happy with any of the items in the store. Everything’s runs much smaller. Then it’s usual size. I use to buy lots of clothes in there specially my jeans. Very Disappointed btw make sure you try own your clothes before you purchase because the store does not give refunds.
