My husband and I visited Chase Bank to open a new account, and everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we didn't have the correct paperwork initially and had to return a second time, the staff was understanding and supportive. During our second visit, we were more prepared and met with Aldo Burciaga. Aldo was exceptional - he was professional, courteous, and informative. We felt guilty because we arrived on a Friday at 4:40 pm, just 20 minutes before the bank closed. Despite this, Aldo still met with us and assisted us well past closing time, remaining patient throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for his exceptional customer service. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was having difficulty accessing my account and Chase customer care was not at all helpful. Christopher who is an employee at this Chase branch was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help me out.

Lilian was exceptionally helpful! I had an issue with my credit card due to it being compromised due to a potential hacking attempt. She and the phone representative (Alana I believe) were patient and gracious with me and helped me reset my card and account, as well as change my address and password.10 out of 10! Would recommend to family. ?

I went today to open an account, the bank closes at 5pm I was there at 4:21, the banker saw his watch and started to exhale “mmmm but it’s kind of late” I can make you an appointment!!! What a service!!! It takes at least 20 minutes to open an account!!! This was on providence- downtown
