I was having difficulty accessing my account and Chase customer care was not at all helpful. Christopher who is an employee at this Chase branch was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help me out.

Lilian was exceptionally helpful! I had an issue with my credit card due to it being compromised due to a potential hacking attempt. She and the phone representative (Alana I believe) were patient and gracious with me and helped me reset my card and account, as well as change my address and password.10 out of 10! Would recommend to family. ?

I went today to open an account, the bank closes at 5pm I was there at 4:21, the banker saw his watch and started to exhale “mmmm but it’s kind of late” I can make you an appointment!!! What a service!!! It takes at least 20 minutes to open an account!!! This was on providence- downtown

Terrible, I was discriminated because I am an immigrant I never in my life has a lot humiliated at bank. I work at santander bank and my customers very happy with my service. The employees of chase terrible very rude and, a woman I don’t know she is a teller or banker but she said for me sorry you need an appointment to open an account and I can’t help you. The banker tried open the account the surprise I need your green card and drive license, said my green card expired but I have form about extended my green card. He said doesn’t matter I can’t open your account. I will complaint with the business bureau .to open an account need 2 ID just this.

Won't help you here. "Do it online" for those that don't use a computer how are they supposed to refinance lease buyouts. This bank is trash and the people only care about getting you off the phone or out of the bank as fast as they can

Regardless of the staff, if you care about climate change, Chase is the #1 fossil fuel funder in the world. You’ll get better service one block away at the Washington Trust branch/headquarters and your money won’t go to wreck the climate and the planet.

Wish I could give 0 stars - Chase has given $196 billion to the fossil fuel industry after the Paris Agreement. This is unacceptable. It's imperative that we divest from fossil fuels immediately if we care about our future. Please consider changing banks and support a healthy planet.
