Avoid this branch at all costs. It have the worse customer service if you go there for sure you going to be waiting for a long time and they would still not help me. I spend 40 minutes waiting for someone to help me and they literally skip me just to get another person I have never so disrespected in my life I would never go back to this bank and I will make sure to not recommend nobody to go thete

Avoid this branch at all cost. Ilga and wendy refused to cash my check because it was “big” they gave me every excuse on the book to not cash my check. I’ve worked in the bank before so i know for a fact they could’ve of cashed the check, they even went as far as telling me we can only give you 20s which i said okay that’s fine, but still denied to cash my check! Also to add to this!
2-3 months ago they had my dad check to see if he qualified for a line of credit based off his home! they made him do some paper work asked for personal stuff for this! he never got a reply if he was approved or not fast forward to last week he went in to the bank to check what was going on and the lady who helped him said she didn’t have any paper work of him or recognition of him. this place isn’t professional don’t do business with them let alone trust them with your personal stuff.
Wendy and idla are a bad example of bad business.

Employees are are very rude, No good work ethic. The manger leaves early and pushes her work on her staff's. They hide in the back room. I would definitely not recommend this branch!

Super helpful! After customer service couldn’t help/refused essentially, and being hung on multiple times at the mineral spring branch, a very nice man helped me and fixed my issue ENTIRELY within 15 minutes. As a busy mom right after the holidays with bills upcoming. This man was a saint! Thank you!

Waited in line for 40 minutes with 2 tellers and a bunch of other people working. Only 1 teller was taking people and chatting with his co workers so every person he took, took at least 10 extra minutes. They were putting in their Dunkin orders and having people go get it, and that took priority over the customers waiting in line. At no point should it take over an hour just to visit a bank.

This is the worst citizen bank that there is spend 25 minutes in line waiting to been taken care off the one of the tellers just walks away to go get food how pathetic can this location be they is a big line that have ppl walking away

Went to open a business bank account after having a really rotten experience at Chase Bank on Atwells and Valley. I was warmly welcomed and the friendly folks there helped me quickly. Everything was set up within half an hour, quite a nice change of pace from making an appointment at Chase and them having no record of my appointment. The only bad thing I can mention is their online banking is pretty terrible. I can't figure out how to set up my online account. But I'm sure I'll get it sorted.

My under age daughter open an account instead of mailing her debit card to the correct address we gave them they nailed to an address we haven't lived at in about 7 years and every time we call the 800 number they give her a hard time when it was the branches fault for not putting the right address.....so not happy with citizens, she should have went to t.d banks

Always friendly service here. No hassles. They can get a bit crowded but they give personal and friendly attention to every customer.
