I give them 5 stars because they were my Coastway Bank associates...that thankfully remained when Harbour One took over. They know me as soon as I call or walk in and smile...that is huge for me since working with monies gives me extreme anxiety...but I feel like they have my back.

The girls at this bank are awesome. They relate to you, care about you and are there to help you in everyday. I guess the easiest way to describe the people working at Coastway downtown(harbor one lol) is they treat you like family......... At least that's my opinion.

Great service - very personalized. We moved from NYC where it was impossible to have any constant customer service from the big banks. Coastway is a bank where you know the people and staff and greeted with a smile. All our transactions have been perfect and extremely efficient.
