I have to say, the staff here is super friendly and always willing to help. They know their stuff, and I’ve never had an issue with my transactions. Definitely a solid choice for banking.

Worst customer service paid them $35 for 4 stop payments and they charged and and let all the automatic withdrawals go thru and so nothing we can do.. you should of closed your account.. well I will be closing my account and recommend everyone do the same..

I give them 5 stars because they were my Coastway Bank associates...that thankfully remained when Harbour One took over. They know me as soon as I call or walk in and smile...that is huge for me since working with monies gives me extreme anxiety...but I feel like they have my back.
